★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude employees, without proper manners and the minimum ability to serve their customers.
First of all, they hang up the phone without having completed their service, speaking rudely and of course without the minimum professionalism required. Their way of speaking and the language used is always aggressive.
Secondly, they have lost 2 deliveries of mine so far without having communicated with me or helping find a solution.
Thirdly, they do not inform you when your package arrives to them and of course they never deliver it to your house. They claim that their post-men have tried to inform you and they could not find you, which is totally a lie, as I am everyday at home due to quarantine and I have never experienced an attempt of them to reach me. Their post-men don't make home deliveries and most of the times don't leave these little pieces of paper which inform you about your order.
Finally, when you arrive there and ask for your product, they have everything as a pile behind their desks, without the minimum organisation, therefore it takes them ages to finally find them and give them to you.
Awful service. I cannot imagine a worst post office than this one. Please avoid.
