★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και κάποιο καιρό εχω παρατηρήσει πως έχουν μπει νέες κοπέλες στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και απαντάνε τηλέφωνα, είναι ευγενικές και άκρως εξυπηρετικές σε σχέση με το ότι έχουμε συνηθίσει από το ελληνικό δημόσιο!
For some time now I have noticed that new girls have entered the specific store and are answering phones, they are polite and extremely helpful in relation to what we are used to from the Greek public!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι γρήγορη και πάντα με ευγένια. Δεν ευθύνονται οι υπαλληλοι αν μαζεύεται πολύ κόσμος σε ώρες αιχμής και κυρίως αν δεν φροντίζει η Διοίκηση των ΕΛΤΑ να το στελεχώσει με το κατάλληλο προσωπικό
The service is fast and always polite. The employees are not responsible if a lot of people gather at peak hours and especially if the ELTA Administration does not take care to staff it with the appropriate staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτον: Γιατί κλείνετε τόσο νωρίς; Δεύτερον: Ήρθα να παραλάβω έναν συστημένο φάκελο τη Δευτέρα, ενώ με άφησαν ειδοποιητήριο το Σάββατο. Πάω Δευτέρα 7:30 το πρωί που ανοιξε (γιατί μετά δεν μπορούσα, θα έπρεπε να λείψω όλη την ημέρα) να τον παραλάβω, και μου είπαν μετά τις 11 επειδή και καλά δεν είχε έρθει ακόμα. Άλλο πάλι αυτό... Τζάμπα θυσίασα τον χρόνο μου από το πρωί, ενώ τον χρειαζόμουν άμεσα. Πως είναι δυνατόν, να πέρασαν απ το σπίτι μου το Σάββατο, και τη Δευτέρα να μην τον έχουν στο ταχυδρομείο;
First: Why do you close so early? Second: I came to pick up a registered envelope on Monday, while I was left with a notice on Saturday. I go Monday 7:30 in the morning when it opened (because then I could not, I had to miss all day) to pick it up, and I was told after 11 because well it had not arrived yet. This again ... I sacrificed my time in the morning, while I needed it immediately. How is it possible that they passed by my house on Saturday and did not have it in the post office on Monday?
