t	takis takis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και ανάγωγοι. Μου έστειλαν μήνυμα ότι θα μου παραδώσουν το δέμα μου χθες. Το δέμα δεν ήρθε ποτέ ούτε έλαβα κάποια ενημέρωση για αποτυχία παράδοσης. Σήμερα κάλεσα τουλάχιστον 10 φορές και δεν το σήκωσε κανένας. Έπειτα από επικοινωνία με τα κεντρικά μου είπαν ότι έχει δηλωθεί αποτυχία παράδοσης από χθες το πρωί. Πήγα να παραλάβω το δέμα μου από το κατάστημα τους. Μετά από δύο ώρες περίπου μου κόλλησαν στην πόρτα το ενημερωτικό χαρτάκι αποτυχίας παράδοσης με ΧΘΕΣΙΝΉ ΗΜΕΡΟΜΗΝΊΑ ΚΑΙ ΏΡΑ. Κοινώς οι τύποι είχαν κανονίσει από χθες να μου κολλήσουν χαρτάκι ότι έλειπα χωρίς να μου φέρουν το δέμα μου. Τουλάχιστον ανάγωγοι, θα έπρεπε να ντρέπονται. Την επόμενη φορά θα τους στείλω εξώδικο για παράλειψη καθήκοντος. Unacceptable and reductive. They sent me a message that they will deliver my parcel to me yesterday. The parcel never came nor did I receive any information about delivery failure. Today I called at least 10 times and no one picked it up. After contacting the headquarters, they told me that a delivery failure has been declared since yesterday morning. I went to pick up my parcel from their store. After about two hours, the delivery note with YESTERDAY AND TIME was stuck on my door. Commonly, the guys had arranged since yesterday to stick a piece of paper on me that I was missing without bringing me my parcel. At least reducers should be ashamed. Next time I will send them out of court for failure to do so.
N	Nikos Batras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντάνε ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα. Είναι τελείως ανοργάνωτοι. Ένα δέμα που έπρεπε να είχε παραδοθεί από τις 27/12 (σύμφωνα και με το κατάστημα που το έστειλε στις 23/12), στις 31/12 μου είπαν από τη speedex ότι το δέμα βρίσκεται ακόμα στην αποθήκη και δεν ξέρουν ούτε πότε θα γίνει παράδοση, ούτε πότε θα πάει στο υποκατάστημά τους για να περάσω να το πάρω. Έχω κάνει 4 επισκέψεις στο υποκατάστημά τους για να μάθω αυτά που θα μπορούσαν να μου πουν απ' το τηλέφωνο αν απαντούσαν. Από εδώ και στο εξής όποτε βλέπω ότι ένα κατάστημα συνεργάζεται μαζί τους, δεν θα αγοράζω. Η μισή ευθύνη είναι της speedex και η άλλη μισή είναι των καταστηματαρχών που επιλέγουν τέτοιους συνεργάτες. Edit: Σήμερα 13/1, ακόμα δεν έχει έρθει και ούτε το έχουν πάει στο υποκατάστημά τους για να πάω να το παραλάβω. Εν τω μεταξύ την ίδια περίοδο παρήγγειλα κι άλλα δέματα με την acs από Αθήνα και ήρθαν σε δύο μέρες. Οπότε η δικαιολογία περί φόρτου εργασίας δεν στέκει. Είναι καθαρά θέμα ανοργανωσιάς και αδιαφορίας. Edit: Σήμερα 17/1, μετά από 26 μέρες που η speedex πήρε το δέμα από το κατάστημα αγοράς, μου έστειλαν μήνυμα για να πάω να το παραλάβω μόνος μου. Ενώ έχω πληρώσει για να το φέρουν σπίτι, μου ζητάνε να πάω να το πάρω εγώ. Προτείνω σε όλους όσοι αντιμετωπίζετε πρόβλημα με το συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα, να κάνετε καταγγελία, ανώνυμη ή επώνυμη, στην ιστοσελίδα της Προστασίας του Καταναλωτή. Είναι ο μόνος τρόπος για να αλλάξει κάτι. They never answer the phones. They are completely disorganized. A parcel that should have been delivered by 12/27 (according to the store that sent it on 12/23), on 31/12 I was told by speedex that the parcel is still in stock and they do not even know when it will be done delivery, nor when will it go to their branch to go get it. I have made 4 visits to their branch to find out what they could tell me over the phone if they answered. From now on whenever I see a store working with them, I will not buy. Half the responsibility lies with speedex and the other half with the shopkeepers who choose such partners. Edit: Today 13/1, it has not arrived yet and they have not even taken it to their branch to go and pick it up. In the meantime, during the same period, I ordered other parcels with acs from Athens and they arrived in two days. So the excuse for workload does not stand. It is purely a matter of disorganization and indifference. Edit: Today 17/1, after 26 days that speedex received the parcel from the store, they sent me a message to go and pick it up myself. While I have paid to bring it home, they ask me to go get it myself. I suggest to all those who have a problem with this branch, to make a complaint, anonymous or anonymous, on the website of Consumer Protection. It's the only way to change something.
