For example the tuna tartar with an ouzo flavored whipped cream was “to die for”. We had a lovely night on the balcony outside. Perfect pricepoint, not too expensive and great value for money.
M	Mike Clifford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start, the venue is lovely, nice terrace overlooking the streets of Paros, although small and tables maximise the space. Wine choice limited but the wine we tried was good. Staff are lovely, the right balance of attentiveness and professional service, excellent. The food, was mixed, I had the Lobster starter and Tuna main, very good. My family were less impressed. Calamari was odd and in a pesto sauce which was not to our likely, others may love it. The Chicken was ok, nothing special, veal was nice, fish of the day was not great. Overall the value for money impacts the star rating, at €400 you want to be pleased all round, this failed to delight us all. I must stress I was pleased with my starter and main, deserts needs work.

We had literally everything on the menu (party of five) except for a couple of main dishes and have not been disappointed by a single dish. The presentation is excellent, the food well balanced and tasty. We wanted to go to Omega 3 on Sifnos, yet the winds weren’t jn our favour, but we have been compensated by Henry and his crew.

We ordered the tuna tartare and octupus - by far the best we’ve had in Greece. Fish of the day was exquisite as was the veal. Highly recommend!

Delicate and tasty, the portions were generous. They are open to special requests. The price might be on the pricey end, but it’s well worth it.
