★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is not fit for human habitation. Nothing fits the advertised description; air con barely functional, only one actual bed (and 2 filthy sofas from the 1960s), shower not draining, no hot water, in a decrepit building in a remote and unsafe part of town at least 30 MINUTES WALK from the centre. Avoid at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend to avoid staying at Heraklion Downtown Studios. The flat was located far from the centre, in an old building with graffity on its lobby wall (not the form of art), the air-con was not working properly, there was no hot water and the sofa bed was an old dirty sofa.
I would rather have stayed in a sleeping bag by the harbour had I known the state of that place.
