Αγενεστατοι και μας στριμωξαν στο πάνω deck ενώ κάτω ήταν άδειο, με 10 μηνών παιδί και χωρίς καν να έχουμε πρόσβαση στο αμάξι.
Μονοπώλιο στα χειρότερα του.
 Tragic situation with the staff who manage the parking.
They were very rude and they pushed us to the upper deck while the bottom was empty, with a 10-month-old child and without even having access to the car.
Monopoly at its worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service hotline. I called them 9 times in total and they hung up several times or muted the microphone eventhough i just wanted to change my booking because of the recent hurricane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful young lady in the office in the port of Poros, informed us about the trip. The ferry arrived and departed on time, there was plenty of space for passengers inside and on board. Only some of the employees on the ship were rude and angry.

The passenger accommodations such as the lounge, snack-bars and WC were clean and well kept, and the crew in these areas was very helpful and friendly.
Now the bad part...
The vehicle bay was severely overfilled to capacity with cars door handles almost touching! This made getting to/from the vehicles extremely DANGEROUS and tiring.
When reaching our destination, the drivers were asked to get to our cars which was done hastily and with little or no help from the crew. Upon reaching their cars, and way before having reached the port, a number of drivers had already started their engines making the car deck a GAS CHAMBER !!! I complained to two crew members about the situation and all I got as a response was "we can't do anything about this" --- without evening talking to the perpetrators.
I can understand that the crew members have to live these conditions every trip, but the ship's crew, and the company is in charge and MUST look after the passengers well-being and safety.

As customer you don t have a choice.
I pre booked Tickets. They said my car is too big (in my licence it is a normal personal car) , they want more Money or i lost my payed Tickets.
