★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κριτική αφορά την after sales εξυπηρέτηση όσον αφορά το leasing της εταιρίας. Το προσωπικό είναι αγενές και η καθοδήγηση που δίνεται, βάζει σε κίνδυνο τον οδηγό. Επίσης δείχνουν αδυναμία ώστε να προσφέρουν αυτοκίνητο αντικατάστασης και όταν δίνεται ύστερα από πολύ πίεση και συνομιλίες με τα κεντρικά της εταιρίας το αυτοκίνητο αντικατάστασης δεν πληρεί ούτε κατά το ελάχιστο τις προδιαγραφές σε σχέση με κύριο αυτοκίνητο.
The criticism concerns the after sales service regarding the leasing of the company. The staff is rude and the guidance given puts the driver in danger. They also show an inability to offer a replacement car and when given after a lot of pressure and talks with the company's headquarters the replacement car does not meet even the slightest specifications in relation to the main car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στη Hertz θα βρείτε αξιοπιστία και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση σε όλη την Ελλάδα εκτός από το Ηράκλειο. Επιβάλλεται να επενδύσουν στην εξυπηρέτηση και στην εμπειρία πελάτη (ή έστω στην ευγένεια και στο χαμόγελο ).Οι τεχνικοί τους παρόλαυτα εξαιρετικοί (γνώση, εξυπηρέτηση, επαγγελματισμός).
At Hertz you will find reliability and excellent service throughout Greece except Heraklion. They must invest in customer service and experience (or even in courtesy and a smile). Their technicians are still excellent (knowledge, service, professionalism).
