★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst rental agency i have ever been too! Today we waited 3 hours for a car! All that they needed to do was let us know the car we had allready rented would not be able to make the trip and exchange the car, or at least pay the hotel for the night, and apologise for not being able to repair the previous car. Since they took 3 hours to let us know we would have to change cars and not make the trip on the same day. We had allready paid for sleeping at our destination as we need to arrange our hotels/apartments before hand due to long stays... needles to say, we now have to pay for a hotel somewhere else and loose the night allready paid at the 1st destination. Highly advisable to choose another agency... we rent cars on monthly basis privatly or through our company, and have never had such bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an issue finding our reservation. Apparently transferring from the American system lost the reservation name. Then the system didn't let them assign us a car.
In the end they got us a car which is great.
Also, the hold amount they put on the cards here is 4 times the amount they do in America. That's just ridiculous in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insufficient personnel and services potentially dangerous. A few years ago they installed run flat tires for my car bought from Hertz although it did not have tire pressure monitoring system. When I realized that tires are run flat they insisted that there is no safety issue!
On the same car they used to install an out of manufacturer’s recommended tire dimensions. When I realized it I saved more than 100€ for my next change of tires according to manufacturer’s dimensions.
On another car bought also from Hertz they used traditional top pole batteries with patented connections although car’s battery case is designed for using special front poles batteries.
