Όμως έχουν απαράδεκτη στάση προς τον πελάτη, καθυστερούν, δεν ενημερώνουν, δεν παίρνουν πίσω τηλέφωνα και γενικά δείχνουν μια αδικαιολόγητη έλλειψη σεβασμού. Πραγματικά εντυπωσιάστηκα από το πόσο δεν ενδιαφέρονται για το customer service. Απομακρύνθηκα δια παντός. Προτιμώ να δίνω δουλειά σε επιχειρήσεις που δείχνουν ένα μίνιμουμ, έστω, σεβασμό. I have no complaints about the work they did in the car and Mr. George is a good man. But they have an unacceptable attitude towards the customer, they are late, they do not inform, they do not get back phones and they generally show an unjustified lack of respect. I was really impressed by how * they * are not interested in customer service. I walked away forever. I prefer to give work to companies that show a minimum, at least, respect.

Το συνεργείο τους μόνο για service ικανοί και αυτό με κάθε επιφύλαξη, όσον αφορά το φανοποιειο δεν μπορώ να έχω άποψη. Δυστυχώς απογοητευμένος. Αλλά σου λένε και άλλα γίνονται. d	dennis antypas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύ καλό συνεργείο, Εγώ χρησιμοποίησα το φαναρτζίδικό του και ήταν τέλειο. Άψογη δουλειά και στη λεπτομέρεια. Το αυτοκίνητο έγινε σαν καινούργιο. Επί πλέον χειρίστηκαν τα πάντα σχετικά με την ασφαλιστική και μου έδωσαν δωρεάν αυτοκίνητο αντικατάστασης για όσο διήρκεσε η επισκευή. Very good workshop, I used his fanartzidiko and it was perfect. Έφερα αυτοκίνητο από την leaseplan που με τράκαραν ελάχιστα στο προφυλακτήρα και μου έδωσαν αντικατάσταση ένα Yaris που κουδουνίζει σαν κονσέρβα, το πρόβλημα όμως ήταν ότι το πήγα και αντί να παραγγείλουν τα ανταλλακτικά και να μου πούνε ποτέ να το πάω , τους πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο και με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα το πάρω μετά από 20 ημέρες. Και σαν να μην έφτανε όλο αυτό με πήραν μετά από 3 ώρες και μου είπαν ότι ήταν έτοιμο και ενώ τούς ρώτησα αν είναι σίγουροι διότι μου είχαν πει ότι αναμένουν το φανάρι από εξωτερικό, με σιγουριά μου απάντησαν ναι ελάτε να το πάρετε και έφυγα από την εργασία μου για να τους προλάβω μέχρι τις 5 και πήγα και το είχαν χωρίς προφυλακτήρα και προφανώς μπερδεύτηκαν και δεν ήταν έτοιμο και πήγα τσάμπα από Μαρούσι σε Παιανία. Απορώ πως ολόκληρη Leaseplan με τόσα συμβόλαια έχει έναν τέτοιο συνεργάτη. Not good service at all. I brought a car from leaseplan that they slightly crashed into the bumper and they replaced me with a Yaris that rings like a can, but the problem was that I took it and instead of ordering the spare parts and never being told to go, I called them and informed that I will get it after 20 days. And as if all this was not enough, they took me after 3 hours and told me that it was ready and while I asked them if they were sure because they had told me that they were waiting for the traffic light from abroad, they confidently answered yes come and get it and I left my job to catch them until 5 and I went and they had it without a bumper and obviously they got confused and it was not ready and I went from Maroussi to Peania. I wonder how the whole Leaseplan with so many contracts has such a partner.

I got charged with after hours fee for 24 euro, the car wasn't in a good condition when we pick it up, had fuel pump problem, plus they charge me for two scratches that I didn't do....."maybe someone else scratched the car without your knowledge", was their answer. Friendly suggestion, do not rent from this company, I feel sorry for Travelocity doing business with them. Very dissatisfied.
