An der Türe lediglich ein Zettel mit dem Hinweis, sich telefonisch an der reception zu melden, falls man ein Fahrzeug mieten nöchte. Sehr seltsam aber wir haben dennnoch angerufen und wurden zuerst damit vertröst, dass keine Fahrzeuge mehr verfügbar wären. Als ich dann im Gespräch erwähnte, dass wir gerne ein Auto für 6-Tage mieten würden, wurden wir in nicht mal 5-Minuten von einer Dame abgeholt und zu einem anderen Verleiher gefahren. Dort wurden wir mit den Worten "Give you a good Price" begrüßt. Und zu mieten wäre dann nur noch die höchste Fahrzeugklasse. Wir sind dann ohne Fahrzeug weiter. Man sollte sich sein Fahrzeug besser vorab online reservieren und nur abholen, denn es ist schwer vor Ort einen vernünftigen Ansprechpartner zu bekommen. Very strange but we still called and were put off by the fact that there were no more vehicles available. When I mentioned in the conversation that we would like to rent a car for 6 days, we were picked up by a lady in less than 5 minutes and driven to another rental company. There we were greeted with the words "Give you a good price". And then only the highest vehicle class would be available for rent. We are then on without a vehicle. It is better to reserve your vehicle online in advance and just pick it up, because it is difficult to find a reasonable contact person on site.

Es hat drei Stunden gebraucht, bis endlich halbwegs akzeptable (dennoch vollkommen versiffte) Kindersitze gefunden wurden. Vorher bot man uns entweder die falsche Grösse oder total heruntergekommene Sitze an. Kommentar der Chefin: "Your kids are too small - not my problem". Keine brauchbare Einbauanleitung des uns unbekannten Fabrikats. Chefin teilte mit, sie dürfe die Sitze nicht einbauen, dies sei ihr verboten. If you have children, don't go here. It took three hours to finally find halfway acceptable (but still completely sloppy) child seats. Before we were offered either the wrong size or totally shabby seats. Boss's comment: "Your kids are too small - not my problem". No usable installation instructions from the unknown make. The boss announced that she was not allowed to install the seats, this was forbidden.

Wir haben dass Auto mit etwas Verspätung bekommen (5 Stunden) dafür eine höhere Kategorie und eine Tankfüllung geschenkt. Das eine kleine Autovermietung Probleme bekommt, wenn ein Mieter den Wagen zu spät zurück gibt. Halte ich für Nachvollziehbar. Das Personal war freundlich. We had already booked the car in Germany. We got the car a little late (5 hours) for a higher category and a full tank of fuel. That a small car rental company gets into trouble if a tenant returns the car too late. I think it's understandable. The staff was friendly.
D	Davor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Auto, ein Kia Picanto, war neu und für die Straßen optimal. Leider kurzfristig ziemlich teuer. Very nice and straightforward. The car, a Kia Picanto, was new and ideal for the streets. Unfortunately quite expensive in the short term.
