Pro : at least the car worked Cons : more that 1 hour before I could get in to finish the contract. Then get conned and forced to take a 200€ insurance because my card did not allow to use imprint. But they still took a deposit afterward. They could have take the full deposit but no! Since my card did not allow imprint they forced us to take the insurance otherwise I would not get the car. The last sentence was : either you pay, or no car! Anyway I will never try this agency again

Rented a car online from Green Motion via Carjet, for a pick up from Corfu airport. The price quoted was for a VW Polo sized car. On arrival at the airport we went to the rental desk, which to be fair was easy to find. We had a slight issue as when I had updated our flight details online it gave me a second order number. This was actually about €10 cheaper than my original price so great news. After filling in the paperwork and paying the deposit. Although a large amount, €806, it's a fair amount lower than the other companies, just make certain that you have enough space on a card to cover this. Went outside to collect our car which was an older model Fiat Punto with a fair few scuffs. But this meant that I wasn't worried about it being parked on public roads whilst visiting various landmarks. However the agent had listed all of the damage on the paperwork before we arrived, bless him. The car cost peanuts, about €60 which plus Carjet's 100% excess insurance still cost me just under €100 for the whole week. This was the base price for quite a few other companies. On return there was no hassle at all and we have been refunded the deposit in roughly two weeks. Were told it might take longer. The car got us all around the island and was actually great so overall really happy with the service.

When reach the airport on Corfu was a bit nervous as there was not a desk and on another desk they told me they do not know them. Give them a call an in about 5 minutes there was a car with big banner. Reach the office in 3 minutes, very close to the airport. As i did not want insurance i left deposit 860€ as was in the conditions. Booked Skoda Citygo and got Smart ForFour so satisfied. It took aprox 10 minutes to get a car which was completely clean. Employee and myself walk with his tablet all around the car. He made a lot photos, marked all scratches and show me couple i missed. Mark all on the paper and I was back on the airport to collect wife in 20minutes ( due to Covid they are not allowed to collect more than 3 people in one car... ) Drop-off was in 5 minutes, employee walk around the car check the papers and full tank , I sign and we go the airport. So in total 8minutes to drop off. Deposit on my card was released in a week since i returned the car. Next time on Corfu I will choose the same company and can recommend to all :-) Thanks

AVOID! Do not give Green Motion your business! Firstly, their office is not at the airport; not a problem if the pick-up service is expedient. Unfortunately we had to wait circa 30 minutes for the pick-up. The mini van was completely full and we had to have our luggage on our laps. Once at the office the staff were extremely discourteous and rude. We had paid for the additional excess insurance; despite this we were told that we had to pay the full excess regardless! The member of staff was extremely aggressive, rude and forceful about this. Neither me nor my partner had a credit card and we were told that we had to pay an additional fee of €73 in order to use our debit card. This was non-refundable. The car was completely filthy, the washer fluid was empty, fuel gauge didn't work. The car was covered in scratches and the member of staff didn't not speak whilst filling out the damage form which seemed odd and didn't fill us with confidence for returning the vehicle. On returning the car no one greeted us, I was shouted at for locking the car and had the keys snatched from me. The member of staff made no conversation and inspected the car in silence before moving on to the next without saying a word to us. All in all a thoroughly disappointing and unpleasant experience that book ended an otherwise lovely holiday in Corfu. Do yourself a favour, pay slightly more and use Hertz or Europcar at the airport.

There was confusion straight away about where to find this car service at the airport. Once we finally found the right phone number and called we were promptly collected. However we weren't able to rent the car due to the deposit required with a credit card. On having to cancel the booking we were then told the shuttle would not be available to take us back to the airport. It was a very hot day and my friend had an ankle injury. On explaing the injury to all three members of staff we were just told it wasn't too far to walk. Poor customer service, lack of clear communication and information provided.

Used the company in may 2022. On the arrival to the airport phoned green motion and they sent a big green van to pick us up, the car was adequate and clean, there were no attempts to sell any additional insurances or services, nice and polite staff. On the return staff suggested to drive us to the airport saving removing car seat and luggage. Absolutely great. Many thanks at green motion

I wish I had read the reviews earlier!!! Do not use their services❗️Rude manager with no intention of cooperating with us and helping. Half of the stuff they said to us didn't even made sense. I got late for my booking for which i let the manager know in advance and still they didn't keep our car (which we already had given a deposit) and when arrived there they charged us 20€ more, on top of the original price, per day for another car. It ended up being 75€/day for Citroën c3 without insurance (June 2022) !!! Avoid! There are much better companies in the island with much friendlier staff!!!

UK travellers, DO NOT use Green Motion. They ended up charging us 415 EUR when the original charge was 225 EUR due to cancelling our booking because we were >2hrs late to pick up the car (EasyJet was delayed and we’d provided our flight number). Plus the car was unroadworthy and very dangerous. Con artists. Do not use!
