★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the office has no clue what she‘s doing. Unfortunately her English is not good, so explaining something or asking more complicated things is not possible. This leads to a bad feeling about the booked trips… (insurances for quads e.g.)
Moreover the people at the agency mixed the dates of other people with ours what led to the fact that we did not receive what we booked. And after we recognized it we weren‘t able to book at another agency because we had no time left at our holiday. Don‘t go there.
With one word: Incompetent
