★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a HP x360 specter for 1.8 euros. Broke twice. Now my computer has been in repair for 10 days and its been 10 days that i cannot work. Wouldnt be easier to just send me a new one? Seriously, do not make the mistake of buying a HP computer. Believe go buy a Mac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 999€ Pavilion notebook end of 2017. Right on the year mark battery starts acting up as far as life.
At about the two year mark I decide to have it replaced at my own cost, only to be informed that hp does not have the part.
Long story short, I ordered it on ebay through my own research.
Fast forward to today and keyboard no longer works (some letters). Took it to the point of sale to be told -again- that hp does not have the part. This time I can't find it on my own, so I have to install a lesser keyboard, since I can't source the exact one.
Never buying hp again.
