What a nightmare... My Internet stopped working 12 days ago and I am STILL waiting for vodaphone to fix it. They are total rubbish. I am really puzzled why it is taking so long to fix the problem. No one at vodaphone can give me an answer.

Worst Internet on the market, only people who get paid post a 5 star rating. Horrible mobile Internet too, we pay for bad services

In my last bill included 9 paid SMS messages from the company Dimoco, each for 1.6807 euros for a total of 15.13 euros. All sms are letter-to-letter. I have no relationship with this company, moreover, I consider this company dishonest. I am extremely sad that the company Vodafone cooperates with such an unscrupulous partner. For my part, I do not want to support the dishonest business of this company. Accordingly, I consider it inappropriate to pay for these SMS. Vodafone sent me in this unfair company. Everybody knows that this is unfair business.

I have been a Vodafone customer in the UK for 10+ years but in Greece they are a complete rip off. Very slow speeds their internet router doesn't even cover my house. I made numerous calls to them and there was no help to be had. They charged me +220 euros for 3 mobile phones and 1 house internet - I later found out how our friends were paying less then 50 euros. I am switching my entire family to an alternative provider. Vodafone Greece is a stigma on the international excellence of the Vodafone brand. Also they will cold call you every other week to upgrade and they spammed my inbox with offers and messages... Never again!

I signed for upgrade to VDSL with estimated delivery 10-15 days. Since day 2 I realised that there is an issue with my application. I contacted to customer service and I follow up every 3-4 days. After 35 days there is no update from Vodafone and they always respond with predefined texts. They only care about the initial contract. They told me to sign for ADSL since it is faster to get this line and then I can sign for VDSL. Worst customer experience with Internet Service Provider.

One of the worst customer support services I have ever encountered !!!! The Network is slow and unreliable, and if you forget to top up your card the immediately block the number !!! Their SIM cards do not support hotspot in iPads and the customer support can neither confirm it nor deny it.... 4G is not available in downtown Athens, and the answer I get is probably you haven't tuned ON the 4g.....

Signed a contract for VDSL on the first of September and was told 10 days (not business days), 15 max in case of delay. Called on the 23rd to ask how it was going, was told the application wasn't completed on their end and it would take 7 more days due to an internal error. It's the 19th of October, and I still don't have VDSL. Each time I call they say it will take 3 more days. They promise to call back in case of more delays to update me on the issue. No one ever calls back. If I hadn't called on the 23rd, this application would most likely still be pending. Seems like I was promised a service I cannot have in my area even though a contract was signed. Since we signed a contract for VDSL on the first of September, am I forced to pay the old ADSL contract that I do not want? I want VDSL which other companies say they can provide. I don't want the sluggish ADSL which I am forced to keep until they decide to connect VDSL. Let's not even talk about how rude the majority of the agents are in-store and on the phone. Edit: 3 months have passed and this is still not fixed. There is still "an issue on their end". Edit: This issue was never fixed. We changed providers as Vodafone was not helpful in any way.

36 days without internet (and still counting) with no really excuse or explaining (every person on the phone telling a different story that counters the previous we heard by them). We got lies and have been treated like we are nothing. Never ever go there. They are the new Wind
