Ξυριστική, τηλεόραση, dvd, σίδερο, mini stereo.
Κάποια από αυτά τα έχω για 20 χρόνια.
Ποτέ δε με έχει απογοητεύσει αυτή η εταιρεία.
Ήθελα ένα απλό σεσουάρ, πήγα στα σίγουρα, και αγόρασα με ελάχιστο κόστος ένα Philips και πραγματικά η σχέση τιμής και ποιοτητας είναι απίστευτη.

Shaver, TV, dvd, iron, mini stereo.
I have had some of them for 20 years.
I have never been disappointed by this company.
I wanted a simple hair dryer, I went for sure, and bought a Philips with minimal cost and the value for money is truly incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα σύστημα σιδερωματος τον Αύγουστο κι έπειτα από ελάχιστη χρήση χάλασε βγάζοντας ανεξέλεγκτο ατμό μετά από μόλις λίγες μέρες. Απευθύνθηκα στην εταιρεία και ΜΜΕ παρέπεμψαν σε συνεργάτη τους για να επισκευάσει το προϊόν παρολο που ήμουν εντός εγγύησης και ημερών για αλλαγή προϊόντος αφού και ο ίδιος ο συνεργάτης τους με επιβεβαίωσε ότι πρόκειται για ελαττωματικό προϊόν. Έχουν περάσει 3 εβδομάδες η εταιρεία άφαντη, το ανταλλακτικό άφαντο, Ή απάντηση τους είναι μόνιμα έχουν στείλει αίτηση στα κεντρικά και φυσικά το γράψιμο πάει σύννεφο. Τακτική δημοσίου, απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλων στο τηλέφωνο που δεν μπορούν να με εξυπηρετήσουν, και ακόμα περιμένω απάντηση μετά από 20 μέρες που αγνοείται το σίδερο που αγόρασα 200 ευρώ!! Μακριά από τέτοιες εταιρείες που δεν σέβονται τους πελάτες που με τόσο κόπο αγοράζουν τα προϊόντα! Είστε ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Κάκιστη οργάνωση εταιρείας που δεν έχω πραγματικά ξαναδεί.
I bought an ironing system in August and after minimal use it broke down emitting uncontrollable steam after just a few days. I contacted the company and the media referred to a partner to repair the product even though I was within warranty and days for product change after their partner confirmed to me that it is a defective product. 3 weeks have passed the company is useless, the spare part is useless, their answer is they have permanently sent an application to the headquarters and of course the writing goes cloud. Regular public, unacceptable behavior of employees on the phone who can not serve me, and I am still waiting for an answer after 20 days that the iron I bought for 200 euros is ignored !! Far from such companies that do not respect the customers who buy the products with so much effort! You are unacceptable! Bad company organization I have never really seen before.
