★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly large for how the building looks from outside. Mainly naval artifacts (maps, uniforms, swords & guns, model ships, naval tools, etc.) but also more modern art than expected (has at least two beautiful rooms for rotating exhibitions). This provides a nice balance and breaks up the works. Lots of different informative placards and labeling so it’s easy to do your own self guided tour. You’d enjoy a few hours here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful museum with many exhibits and it also featured an art exhibition. The entry is 5 euros which is more than fair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff who aren't historians. A third of the museum was closed, which we weren't informed about. Just a door slammed in our faces when we tried to enter.
Nothing of note in the museum that you wouldn't've imagined without going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maritime history on display. 3 stories of history. 5 euro pp entry fee. Hydra has a very rich history. Stone age and onward artifacts are also on display.
