D	Dionysios Xenoulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρονολογείται στα τέλη του 12ου ή τις αρχές 13ου αι. και είναι αφιερωμένη στον Αγ. Πέτρο. Πρόκειται για δικιόνιο σταυροειδή εγγεγραμμένο ναό. Στην τοιχοδομία του από αργούς λίθους έχουν ενσωματωθεί πολλά μέλη από παλαιότερα κτήρια και επιτύμβιες πλάκες. Έχει θαυμάσιες τοιχογραφίες και διασώζεται μια επιγραφή με τη χρονολογία των τοιχογραφιών (1232 μ.Χ.) Ο ναός ωστόσο είναι προγενέστερος. Οι καλύτερα σωζόμενες είναι αυτές στο νάρθηκα του ναού και ειδικά εκείνες που παρουσιάζουν σκηνές οπό τη Δευτέρα Παρουσία. Στη βόρεια καμάρα του σταυρού διακρίνονται οι τοιχογραφίες των Αγίων: Μάμα και Τρύφωνα, αγίων που σχετίζονται με την αγροτική παραγωγή, την κτηνοτροφία και την αμπελουργία, γεγονός που δικαιολογείται από τον αγροτικό χαρακτήρα της περιοχής. Η είσοδος του ναού είναι εξαιρετικά χαμηλή όπως και της παρακείμενης Παναγίας Μεσοσπορίτισσας. Έχει υπέρθυρο πλίνθινο τοξωτό προσκυνητάρι (ημικυκλική κόγχη πάνω από την πόρτα) το οποίο απαντάτε και σε αρκετούς άλλους αττικούς ναούς, όπως στην γειτονική Παναγία Μεσοσπορίτισσα. Στα προσκυνητάρια αυτά συνήθως εικονίζεται ο τιμώμενος άγιος. Στο υπέρθυρο της συγκεκριμένης εκκλησίας σώζονται τμήματα από τοιχογραφία. Εντύπωση προκάλεί το γεγονός ότι έχει μόνο ένα μικρό παράθυρο στους τοίχους της και πολύ μικρά παράθυρα στον τρούλο. Η έλλειψη παραθύρων παρατηρείται και σε άλλες εκκλησίες της ίδιας εποχής όπως στον παρακείμενο Αγ. Πέτρο ή στην Όμορφη Εκκλησιά στο Γαλάτσι. It dates to the end of the 12th or the beginning of the 13th c. and is dedicated to St. Peter. It is a bicameral cruciform inscribed temple. Many members of older buildings and tombstones have been incorporated in its masonry made of raw stones. It has magnificent frescoes and an inscription with the date of the frescoes (1232 AD) is preserved. The best surviving are those in the narthex of the temple and especially those that present scenes from the Second Coming. In the northern arch of the cross can be seen the frescoes of the Saints: Mama and Tryphon, saints related to agricultural production, animal husbandry and viticulture, a fact that is justified by the rural character of the area. The entrance of the church is extremely low as well as the adjacent Panagia Mesosporitissa. It has a lintel arched shrine (semicircular niche above the door) which you can find in several other Attic temples, such as the neighboring Panagia Mesosporitissa. These shrines usually depict the revered saint. Parts of a fresco are preserved on the lintel of this church. Impressive is the fact that it has only a small window in its walls and very small windows in the dome. The lack of windows is observed in other churches of the same period as in the adjacent Ag. Peter or in the Beautiful Church in Galatsi.
