Unfortunately it needs immediate maintenance because the next generations will know it from the pictures !!!

Το εσωτερικό του κοσμούν τοιχογραφίες, σύγχρονες με την ανέγερση του στον νάρθηκα, ενώ ο κυρίως ναός ανακαινίσθηκε το 1359-60 επί Συμεών Ούρεση του Παλαιολόγου όπως δηλώνει η κτητορική επιγραφή, πιθανόν από τοπικό εργαστήριο της πόλης. Εξωτερικά τον δυτικό τοίχο κοσμούν τοιχογραφίες των μέσω του 13ου αιώνα, ενώ τον νότιο προσωπογραφίες νεκρών ευγενών της Καστοριάς του 15ου αιώνα. Αποτελεί ένα από τα παλαιότερα και πιο χαρακτηριστικά μνημεία της πόλης. The church of the brigadier of the Metropolis is considered a building of the 10th-11th century. The interior is decorated with frescoes, modern with the construction of the narthex, while the main church was renovated in 1359-60 during the Symeon Ureis of Palaiologos, according to the founding inscription, probably from a local laboratory in the city. Externally the western wall is decorated with frescoes from the 13th century, while the southern wall is decorated with portraits of dead nobles of Kastoria of the 15th century. It is one of the oldest and most characteristic monuments of the city.

Εντός του Ναού βρίσκεται ο τάφος του Παύλου Μελά και της συζύγου του Ναταλίας Δραγούμη! Byzantine church of the 9th century, dedicated to Archangel Michael, built over an early Christian basilica. It is a turquoise basilica, with an elevated middle aisle with windows and a narthex on the west side. Like other temples of the same age in Kastoria, it has been built of stones in the natural shape and intermediate bricks that form the geometric shapes or letters. Inside the Temple is the tomb of Pavlos Melas and the wife of Natalia Dragoumi!
