NOT answer to the phone after renting your a home. In the house it smelled burned from the electrical installation and they did not answer me on the phone. I paid for repairs and did not give my money back. Unreliable.

This firm is not serious . Stay away from them!!! You are even disgusted. We stayed 3 people in the Athens Corner View Apt 16 'Sea Side, 10, Priinis street, Nea Smyrni, Athens. We rented it in FEBRUARY 2018 and came in "holiday" in July 2018. We bought a round trip flight. We make a lot of spending and you tell me when we already got the property: I tricked you: look! this apartment has no air conditioning and no bathtub so you can fit in the street. And inside flat was and is 29 degreese. When I rent HAVE air conditioner and bathtub. Now you continue to LIE. It is posted as having these facilities. Shame! Now I post a picture with "Bathtube" Your plan was to make me accept that and I have not another solution: the prices doubled compared to February when we rented. You knew we could not refuse. If we refuse you take our money and rent to another person. If the next person not like you take the payment and rent to another. Again and again. We did not come to rent over the street. If we did not agree we would go back home over the street. If you tell us the truth we never rent this. In february was a lot of offers more cheap this one. Did not you even understand now? I would not be surprised! P.S. We did not agree. We were forced. If we wanted an apartment without AER Condition we could rent it in February 2018 at half the price than I paid you. You did not come up with any options. Besides, you did not come to the guests' meeting to hand me my tax invoice.

They are not serious. The housing facilities described by this agency are simple insights. In Priinis street 10, they write on the rental site that Athens Corner View Apt 16 'Sea Side has air conditioned and bathtub but there are lies. I attach a photo of the "tub" and the exterior of the apartment where the outdoor air conditioning installation should be installed.
