Nice place , good view . From outside- Hotel boutique- cheap hostel inside

Difficult to give an opinion here. It could be a 5* star hotel easily , but the services are not of that standard . The setting is awesome , with a superb seaview on the rocky area of barbati beach. The rooms are clean and new but some have silly flaws . The blinding curtains are not long enough so there's always light coming through in the morning , they only offer single beds , and the phone is in the toilet room ?. I picked the suite with a private swimming pool , which is awesome , no doubt. It's something to try in your lifetime , but the privacy is not a big matter for the owner because there's almost no barrier between private pools. Too bad if u get a noisy and drunk polish family as neighbors ? Also, booking.com mentions they offer an outstanding breakfast. They don't. Coffee machine was broken the first day, milk was not in the fridge , you can barely find spoons , or you have to search it in the cupboards on your own , juices are a shame , and if u don't ask the waitress to cook u eggs or crepes or salad you get nothing . Once again , the breakfast room offers a divine seaview which softens the hard feelings ;) Thanks god we are on holidays ? Oh and they don't accept credit card :(

Great place, nice hotel, friendly people, good price

Nice sea view but the rooms are not clean, the floor was dirty and also the furnitures. Sheets and towels are grey. The terrace is dirty and the swiming pool not clean. The breakfast is a mess, very low quality of food and they don t respect the basic rules of hygiene and safety in food. The stuff arrive in the same time with clients and played the music loud at 8 am. Nobody’s got any respect for the clients. This is an unfinished building. Too bad for the sea view.

The sea view was incredible and a sight to behold. The hotel manager is extremely helpful and arranged multiple services for us in order to have the easiest and most enjoyable holiday. There is a private beach if You are ever in a need of one and the location is a 5 minute walk from centre of Barbati and a 20 minute drive from Corfu old town. Overall, we had an incredible experience and would recommend it ti anybody staying in Corfu.

Booked the pool room, said it wasn’t available, then refused to give us a refund and said we was happy with paying more to have basic room. Room wasn’t the best, shower was broke, hairdryer was broke, and rooms smelt of damp

Paid for superior rooms through hotels.com. Turned up and there was no one to check in. Called several mobile numbers and someone came to meet us. Told us that there were no superior rooms available, just basic rooms. Then refused to refund the difference. Dishonest place. Not worth the money. Avoid like the plague!!!!

Our stay in this hotel is a wonderful experience. The owners are very approachable and friendly. They were very happy to help and answer all our inquiries. The old lady cleaning the rooms can speak to us in English with fluency and gives us everything that we need in the room. The pool overlooking the Kerkira Channel is magnificent, It doesn’t really bother me if the pool isn‘t that clean because the the whole Island is just dusty and sandy. And they have a private beach just a couple of steps downstairs. Breakfast was lovely, cooked and served by the owner himself and eating alongside the beach with a fantastic view is just unforgettable.
