Kedves személyzet, tisztaság. Szép kilátás. Reggeli nem volt változatos és volt, hogy a kenyér is másnapos volt. Családi szobában voltunk, ahol a felnőtteknek volt az ágyon fedőmatrac (egyszemélyes ágyak voltak összetolva), de a "gyerek" szobában nem járt az ágyakhoz (itt is egyszemélyes ágyak voltak), így azok kényelmetlenek voltak. Szóltunk, kértünk, de nem kaptunk.

Vista mozzafiato, appartamento perfetto, accoglienza al top. Georgia ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa! .. anzi meglio! il posto è stupendo, l'appartamento nuovo, pulito, spazioso con un giardino privato con due tavolini e un'amaca. La piscina è un balcone sul mare, il bar annesso ci ha servito delle ottime e abbondanti colazioni con molti prodotti fatti in casa. La spiaggia di Barbati (stupenda) si raggiunge a piedi con 5 minuti di passeggiata. Che dire? speriamo di poter ritornare!!!!

Roach infestation!! We visited in June 2019. While the room seemed nice on first inspection, and the area is very beautiful, it quickly became clear after dark that the room had a roach infestation (roaches started coming out as the Sun set). We woke up at night to find two roaches near our bed. We then found more in the closet next to our clothes in the morning, and one other on the wall. We took photos after we killed the first two (pics in attach with geotags enabled so you can verify location where they were taken), as it became evident we were dealing with a roach infested property... Shaken by the sleepless night, we wanted to check out next day and cancel the remaining days. The owner was not on the property in the morning, so we called her and she asked us to wait for her return at 14:00. She then didn't want to refund the remaining days, and claimed the roaches came "from the nature" and they are everywhere in Corfu. This could not be the case since we kept all doors/windows closed to have the air conditioning work - it automatically shuts off if any are open. Also, the next door hotel where we moved to did not have any insects whatsoever. The property initially didn't want to refund anything, and eventually started making up charges to drive up the amount they can hold claiming also we stayed a second day because we checked out in the afternoon (despite the fact we were waiting for the owner since morning). Fortunately Booking.com customer support came to the rescue. Do you like sleeping in a roach infested room, where you can also get the chance to carry some home with you in your luggage? If so, look no further this is the place for you... Ruined the start of our vacation to be honest... Edit: before discovering the roaches, there was loud partying next door in one of the rooms, so initially we were unable to fall asleep (around 1-2am). Nobody was at the reception that could help us with this issue, so we kindly asked the partying guests if they could turn down the music a bit (no need to stop their party) since our rooms were wall to wall. Just returned today from an excellent 11 days staying at the Locanda Luxury Apartments. The 4 person sea view apartment was perfect for us (2+2 adult kids). It was comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned, very well appointed and has a fabulous balcony. The great pool, sun beds, bar, mini-supermarket and regular room freshen-up all help make for a relaxing, hassle-free stay and the breakfast is a delightful bonus. However, topping it all is the welcoming, friendly and attentive service provided by Georgia and all the team. The beaches, bus stops and a choice of good dining / drinking options are a short walk away. Barbati is built into a steep mountainside so walking back to Locanda (or anywhere) is a good workout. For us, Locanda and Barbati provided all we needed to have great family holiday.

Excellent stay that we have enjoyed so much that we are coming back this summer! I fully recommend this place, as its managed in a professional way with huge portion of heart and true interest from the owner who treats every guest with interest and care. We have occupied an apartment with a terrace and sea view, everything was just like presented on pictures, clean and tidy. Kitchen is equipped so we had everything we needed. On the first day, there was a problem with the air-co, we called the owner and it was immediately solved. I can not comment on food as due to Covid there was no breakfast served but according to friends who visited this place twice already - its delicious.
