★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel is excellent! Close to the beach, restaurants, and the bus stop. Pharmacy for covid testing is also available next door to hotel. The staff is helpful, patient, friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms were kept neat and clean. The breakfast in the morning has a variety of options. Better to stay in perissa than in fira and oia, as those locations may be more crowded and not close to any beaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a travel agent and booked a group of adult strangers this hotel and requested twin beds through booking.com.. When we arrived they gave us all double beds and expected strangers to sleep in the same bed together. They said there was nothing they can do for us until maybe the following day. I booked a new hotel because of their mistake and then they refused to give me a refund. I now have to go through a lot of hassle to fight to get my money back. Highly recommend staying far away from this hotel.
Oh your true colors have now come out after reading your response. Anyone can go to Booking.com and see when you choose your hotel you immediately have to choose what kind of room you want, as I chose twin beds. I have traveled throughout the world With my groups And yours is the first hotel that did not read their own reservation and expected strangers to sleep in the same bed. And to only offer me 50% refund, after staying in your hotel previously, is a reveal all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't rate this ,as we booked this and arrived and told toilets not working and than brought up to another hotel ,which we were talking to other guests there ,to find out everyone had been moved, but which they were told different reasons why they were moved,very strange, but everyone agreed this hotel was better that we were transfered to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived the manager was kind to us and told us there was no rooms left for us in the hotel, he did transfer us to another hotel with free transfers with breakfast being delivered to us every morning, just a shame as the hotel is in a good spot where all food places are open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this place in June with a group of friends and unfortunately we got sick with covid. Us and two other couples from our group had to be quarantined and the hotel owner was extremely helpful to let us stay in the property even after our reservation finished (we stayed 3 extra days for the quarantine to end). The owner gave us his number and we communicated through WhatsApp. He was fast in all his replies and helped us in every way that he could, such as bringing us food in the room etc. He even gave us his Netflix account password so that we won't get bored in the rooms. We are really happy that we stayed in this property. I would highly recommend Amaryllis Hotel. We are really thankful for their good care and for everything that they did for us
