Small but perfect apartments. Spotlessly clean , close to the beach and very friendly . The family do everything possible to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. Great air conditioning too . The entrance lane to the hotel is lined with beautiful , scented blossom trees .Would love to go back again.

Everything exceeded our expectations - the location very close to the best beach in Santorini, the friendly owners, the impecable rooms and the outside area designed to make your stay very pleasant. Cutest hotel in Santorini!!! My best stay in Greece. The staff is so sweet and courteous, makes you feel like family l, the rooms are spotless and super comfortable. The hotel is located in such a great area within a 1-2 min walk from bus stop and a few steps from the beach and restaurants. Katerina was a darling with recommendations on things to do and how to get places. Would come back 100x here!!!! Loved it so much.

The room itself was spacious and opened up to a balcony that we used a lot. The staff was super helpful, the room was super clean and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything ranging from our neighbours both next door and below, to people two doors down. Not a very pleasant experience which could put a damper on the overall impression of your stay. I also have to mention the toilet situation in our room #2. Our toilet was crammed in directly next to the wall making it so I had to sit at a 30 degree angle on the toilet with my upper body for my shoulders to fit, or twist around in a super uncomfortable way. I am not a particularly big guy, so I can't imagine how people bigger than me would go about their business. The toilet and toilet seat itself was also so small that you had to prioritize (wisely) and wipe standing. I have tried to spare you the gory details, but it was not a great experience. As for the surroundings, you are a stone throw from the beach, plenty of great restaurants around and near the bus stop. On the shoulder season you will also be at the more active part of Perissa. Soundproofing and rearranging of the toilet and it would have been a 5-star review ?

The property is located a few metres from Perissa Beach (for me the best beach in Santorini where to swim) and also has a nice swimming pool with hydromassage. Kind and helpful managers. The only big flaw is that is not available bar and breakfast service.

Fantastic little place to stay right next to Perissa beach. The beds were very squeaky but other than that the rooms were great. Host was super helpful and the pool and facilities were great. Quite reasonably priced as well

Hotel was an excellent stay! Owners were super hospitable and helpful with tips on the island. The room and hotel was spotless and felt very clean and safe. Steps away from a beach and strip of restaurants and shops. Perissa is a very nice town would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want a busy and very touristy feel while staying in Santorini. Would definitely stay here again!
