Nice, affordable and so very close to the beach... we had a few great days here, and we might repeat that experience in the future :)

Fantastic Studios located 10m from the sea... Alexandra and her family take excellent care of you from the moment you book... from arranging a very early morning transfer from the airport. to a welcome scoop of homemade gelato from her creamery. the studios were spacious and had all the extras... rooftop views for the sunrise, spacious ground floor balconies to relax after a day of swimming or sight seeing..... a perfect place to stay in Perissa Beach. efcharisto poli....

The studio is very clean, beautifully equipped and located near the beach. The owner Alexandra is very helpful and hospitable. You can also eat a delicious, fresh breakfast and have a great coffee with the sea view.

Alexandra the owner was very unpolite and dishonest, two days before our departure deleted our reservation. We called her and she said that she was going to look for another accommodation, funny joke is that she never answered again and each time we tried to reach her she hang up the call. Don’t recommend at all to book this structure if you don’t want to have bad surprises

The apartment was hastily cleaned and the first thing I noticed when I moved in were ants! Everywhere, including the bed. The next four days were spent wiping ants off every surface, including my baby. The apartment itself was nice, albeit prone to various sounds & annoyances - like an old rattling fridge, a beeping internet router, flashing electrical panel directly over the bed and an AC occasionally spitting water into the food I was cooking as it was over the stovetop. The kitchen lacked most basic items, like a spatula (hence the frying pan was completely scratched, or a coffee maker (only a Greek coffee pot available). I ended up here accidentally after enquiring to stay next door at Sunhaus apartments. The two properties are next door to one another and owned by sisters. I was travelling alone with a one year old, so the requirement was simple, clean and comfortable with a small kitchen. I offered to pay cash knowing during the pandemic establishments could use to save the fees they pay to booking engines. I changed my original dates but was told it’s not a problem. When I arrived I was told I’d have to move properties mid week. This is already a problem with a one year old because I didn’t end up unpacking for the entire week knowing I’d have to move and then leave. I spent 3 nights at sunhaus and was told I had to move because they were booked. This was a lie because the unit remained empty for the next 4 days. I passed by it daily. On move day I was told the other apartment at Thera Incógnita was ready at 11. I had a friend help carry everything over only to wait an hour in scorching sun with a bag full of perishable food and a baby that needed to nap. There was no cleaning or service for the entire 4 nights I stayed. No garbage pickup, no clean towels, nothing. There were no cleaning supplies in the room except for dish soap and a broom. The broom was handy for my non-stop sweep of ants. On the last day, having checked booking.com to see that the room was not booked for the night, I asked for a late checkout so the baby could have a nap 12-2 in a cool room. I was offered to stay until 1 because apparently new guests were coming ... I come to Santorini every year to visit a friend. I would not stay here again, not because it’s a bad place to stay but because the proprietors both of whom have young children (whom you will hear at different times of day) completely failed to understand my needs with a baby and how their shuffling may effect my holiday. I also do not appreciate dishonesty even if it’s a little white lie. I much prefer frankness. There are plenty of comparable places in the vicinity, at comparable prices.

We were lucky enough to stay here on our family summer vacation. The place was lovely, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. This is a family run location. Our kids loved the beach (20 feet away) and the attached restaurant/ice cream shop. The rooms were perfect for our family and it was a real highlight -and most relaxing part- of our trip. We did some day trips to other parts of the island and kayaking but were super happy we had here for our home base.

Amazing location, caring host. The flat was clean and new. I would live there if i could! Beautiful views of the beach ⛱

Lovely place facing the black sand beach of Perissa. The apartment is quite big and comfortable for up to four persons. The host, Alexandra, has been so kind in welcoming us and in letting us feel home.
