★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Были на прошлой неделе, отличное место, рядом 2 пляжа (5 и 7 минут) с абсолютно разными видами и наличием\присутствием волн. Кейт и Яниш (владельцы) очень позитивные люди, отзывались на все вопросы. 2х комнатные апартаменты приличные (3 звезды уверенных, а иногда и 4* были хуже), есть все необходимое и большой балкон с видом на море в том числе. Поставил 4-ку только из-за того, что расположены апартаменты у дороги (со всех сторон), соответственно немного шумно (быстро привыкли :), даже с маленьким ребенком).
 Were last week, a great place, near 2 beaches (5 and 7 minutes) with completely different types and the presence / presence of waves. Kate and Yanish (owners) are very positive people, responded to all questions. 2 room apartments are decent (3 stars sure, and sometimes 4 * were worse), there is everything you need and a large balcony overlooking the sea as well. Put 4-ku only because of the fact that the apartments are located on the road (from all sides), respectively, a little noisy (quickly got used :), even with a small child).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotný a milý majitelé Janis a Katharina. Doporučili a zařídili očního lékaře, svoz i odvoz na letiště. Byli jsme zde již po druhé a vřele doporučujeme.
Helpful and kind owners Janis and Katharina. They recommended and arranged an ophthalmologist, pick-up and drop-off at the airport. We have been here for the second time and highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für mich kein 3Sterne Hotel!Einziger Vorteil, liegt direkt beim Strand! Keine Reinigung ,1 Handtuch, für die ganze Woche ,den Müll nach Aufforderung geholt!Fahre seit 30 Jahren nach Kreta,so ein Hotel hatte ich noch nie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, friendly owner and his family members. Whatever you need they can help. The rooms are clean, large, aircondition help you sleep well ?. The room is quiet by night. Nice sandy clean beach 7min for a walk. There is a 15 minutes distance from Heraklion airport. You can go by taxi for cca 25€ or by bus for 2€ per person. Market Chalkiadakis is just 15 minutes by walk. There is also Tavernes on the sea side. Thank you Ioanni very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and the owner of the apartments are super friendly and helpful . The apartments cleaned every day. A few devices and equipment are old but in good condition and working order. With kids this is a good location the beach is near and the water there clean and not deep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, a 5 min walk from the beach. Tavernas and commerces are a 10 min walk. The rooms are ok, some equipment a like old (like the shower and particularly the Earth water not being constant), the AC works, not the strongest, but helps you have a good sleep. The staff is adorable and super friendly.
