★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location but mostly done on the cheap. Food was not great. Staff were brilliant and coped admiralby under a Dickensian boss who showed little respect for his guests. Recommended going b&b only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to the small nice beach, breakfast is good. Clean and quit quarter. But be ready to the attack of hungry mosquitos at night. May be low pressure of the water on the third floor must to be managed. But at all, it is very peaceful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place, where to stay. Kind staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast, nice swimming pool. Very close to the beach. Great choise for relaxing holiday. Only thing that we didn't like - swimming pool working hours 8:00-20:00. But maybe that's the way everywhere.
There are several good eating places around hotel, definately suggest TO KYMA, which is on other side of road in front of hotel.
For excursions, I suggest company VIPExcursions. It is really friendly and was absolutely helpfull in our stay. Its owner/manager Nikos Arvanitis knows 7 languages, so I am sure, that everyone will have oppurtunity to contact with him, maybe even in their mother tongue. He himself was one of workers here, they both gave good suggestions, helped us to choose, where to go and explained, why it is the best choise. And there was no pushing, which is really good. And definitely - good prices!

Cosy, clean, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
Very friendly, hospitable staff. Individual thanks to the hotel owner - for Your help and attention!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the dearest 1 bedroom 'superior apartment' with bed and breakfast on Booking.com for a 2 week stay in September. The room was away from the hotel on the first floor above a Chinese restaurant complete with the associated smells, and with the balcony directly above the restaurant door. It was dreadful. The room itself had the air of a prison cell with its dark grey painted walls.
The breakfast consisted of cornflakes seemingly made from recycled cardboard, orange juice with more chemical flavours than Ellesmere Port and watery milk.
We stayed the 1 night and checked out the next day.
The manager was very rude, tried to get us to stay and refused to refund us, which we have now taken up with Booking.com.
Probably one of the worst places I've stayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect little apartment and hotel complex. Family owned and runned by the family. Very good and friendly service! Nice clean pool, with 2.4m deep end. Clean, functional rooms with big balconies and many of them with nice sea view. Cute and friendly little dog greets you every morning. Home style breakfast everyday and the owners are really flexible with reservations and changes. Located in the heart of Kokkini Chani with all the services in walking distance. Supermarket, taverns, beach clubs, bars, cafes and mini markets under ten minutes by walking. All and all a very good place.
