T	Thomas Frandzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Amazing views, not far from the beach but still away from the main tourist area so relaxed and quieter, good facilities and nice rooms. Restaurant also quite good with one of the best views along the entire coast.
M	Marcela Fregatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view, comfortable rooms and good food. The only bad thing is that is located on a very steep hill, a little far from the beaches. If you don't mind walking or taking taxis, you won't be bothered though.
K	Klaudia Kufel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are not spectacular as a 4 star hotel, toilet had been unsufficient cleaned earlier than our arrival, also the towels had stains. When it comes to the staff, the waiters were very nice but sometimes the manager talked laudly to the waiters in front of the guests. It was not comfortable while eating. I also have to admit that the drinks were very poorly- small choice of coffee (no classics like latte or americano). Iced latte costed 3€ at the bar. In the offer were mentioned 2 restaurants, but there was only one available. Another con is the lack of an elevator, we had to climb many stairs to our room. Anyway the view was really great. The hotel itself is located on the hill so it can be a problem for some people to come back for example from the beach. I was satisfed with the food- many different dishes every day, tasty. The pools were clean, very attractive.
H	Habib Vegan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I spent one week in this place and it was amazing, we are both vegans and as soon as they realized that they offered us such variety and good quality vegan food. both the restaurant staff and the reception staff are professional, kind and helpful, it was one of the best TUI places I have been too. Thanks for making our vacation such pleasant and relaxing week. we will sure recommend this place to our friends.

We got something more likely to be a 3 star hotel with often overcooked and boring food - often inspired by the american kitchen = fried, fat and with no colours. The Water world are for children above 9 years. Pools are very nice and they have 3 bigger pools. The hotel view are great. The walk back from the "city" are somewhat a challenge but fun :) The front persona in the reception and the waiters are very nice. The manager at the restaurant openly discuss (and all the time) with his employees. We also got the feeling of that he think he is above the rules and above the people around him.

The breakfast is superb and the staff -both in the restaurant and in the reception-so welcoming and friendly. If we ever come back to Crete, Caldera Village will certainly be our choice of hotel again.

Nice food and perfect people who are service always smile and nice however i know they can be tired but never show it. Manager of restaurant is best guy ever i saw in my life he remember everyone always welcome always he is on place. I was surprised how he think what i want before i think about it ?? impossible perfect and right person in right place. Also you can try really nice seafood over dinner what also surprised me in good way ?
