M	Marta Żabicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not the best place to spend your dream Greek holidays. Possibly if I were a German, I would love this place to the edges, but I'm not and I felt a "worse". The first thing you'll see there is the german friendly stuff, so if you are a German, you'll probably feel all comfy but if you're not - well, it might be better of worse, it depends on the managers' humor. Also the food was weak and I often felt bad after eating there. In general our room was nice and was cleaned everyday, and that's probably the best thing about this place. I would not come back here for sure.

It's pretty much being waited on hand and foot, rooms are cleaned daily and perfectly, and the pool area and social areas are always bathed in sun. Alongside this the location is great. Close enough for a short car journey from most of the interesting places in crete, and only a stones throw from some of the best beaches. Slightly pricey in their hotel bar, but the experience makes it worth in my opinion. Overall a great hotel, and a great compliment to sightseeing in Crete. Straight up 9/10

The place looked nice and clean, and so did our room but there are too much disadvantages that affect on my total rate and opinion. We noticed that the managers and the whole stuff was really friendly to German people who stay there and not so friendly to the other nations. When they saw you leave lots of money at the bar, you were treated as you should, but if not - they treated you as "the air". Food was not the worst, but during the whole week we've been there, it didn't change too much. When there was some crambled eggs left from the breakfast, it was served with rice during the dinner and so on... Two meals were included in our stay, but we very often ate in the city, because there was no way to taste the real Greek cuisine in the hotel. Would we come here the second time? If it comes to the beautiful town of Malia - yes, but when it comes to the hotel - definitely not!!!
P	Powani Official on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good and presented well.It was very clean inside and was easy to find.The staff were friendly until one day, we decided to eat out of the hotel. After this the staff treated us with no care and the owner looked careless for us.Also I warn people who don’t like animals not to stay here due to cats and dogs walking around whilst having breakfast, lunch and dinner because they jump onto the table looking for food, this needs to be fixed immediately.This is such disgrace and need to be kept out of the hotel.Overall a clean hotel with good food, but NOT a hotel that’s worth it.

m	murt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit matheo last summer. Hotel is clean, room are equiped in basic staff like clima and tv. Dishes are delicious, let's they serve every 3 day the same. To the beach is quite a while - 15 minutes, but it worth to go there because sea is very swallow and it's easy go very far inside. Personally I'm disapointed by fact the people are allowed to smoke on a balcony. During our visit we have to keep our windows close for the whole day and night, because german neighbour were somoking all the time. Chefs were very polite but they never intervene in our case.
