Situé dans le petit village de Loutraki.
Superbe vue panoramique sur la campagne.
Seul inconvénient, pas de grands commerces à proximité pour faire les courses. Seules des petites épiceries sont disponibles dans le village voisin Krousonas. Vous y trouverez d'ailleurs une très belle taverne à l'entrée du village. Restaurant familial très sympa du nom d' Amoudara. L'accueil y est très chaleureux. La cuisine est familiale et plutôt bonne. On vous offrira toujours le café ou une assiette de fruits ainsi que des pâtisseries à la fin du repas. Sinon vous êtes à 30 min d'Heraklion. Là vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
Beautiful villa with all amenities.
Located in the small village of Loutraki.
Superb panoramic view of the countryside.
Only drawback, no large shops nearby for shopping. Only small grocery stores are available in the neighboring village of Krousonas. You will also find a very beautiful tavern at the entrance to the village. Very nice family restaurant called Amoudara. The welcome is very warm. The cuisine is family-run and quite good. You will always be offered coffee or a fruit plate as well as pastries at the end of the meal. Otherwise you are 30 minutes from Heraklion. There you will find everything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a hotel but a large villa to rent. Lovely spacious house, beautiful views in a quiet village that is a 25 min drive from the city centre. Lovely private swimming pool, great facilities and lots of space. Was called Villa Zeus when we stayed here, would definetly recommend and would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent time staying at this big house. It has many bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large living rooms with a billiard and a soccer table. It hats 3 levels with a big pool. There also is a washing machine so you can wash your clothes. The view is the best part about the house. Scince its located in the hills you can see 360° olive trees. There is a cute cat that comes to visit from time to time and doesn't bother. The village I which the house is located is very small but it has a nice restaurant and the owners are very friendly and hostile. The food tastes delicious and isn't pricey at all + you have the best view ever. With a 25 minutes drive you can visit the next big city and go shopping, swimming or exploring.
Tips on what could be done better: the counters in the kitchen were a bit dirty as well as the furniture outside. The showers are pretty small too.
All in all we had a pleasant stay with 9 persons and will remember back with a smile.
