Fantastic place with amazing graffiti creations. It is sad that such a place is lost in the grip of time, but we can be glad to see it. It is located between Alyko and Micro Alyko. Those who visit the island of Naxos do not miss it!

A nice spot to discover street art. I enjoyed watching the walls covered in graffiti but I didn't enjoyed the ruins. Watch out to your steps as this is a construction site, meaning insecure for pedestrians. People park their motorbikes and cars between the walls of this ghost hotel to keep them in the shade.

You can imagine how beautiful the hotel will be if it was completed. The artwork is amazing and beautiful. The artwork is scattered throughout the hotel, so you do need to walk around. Just be careful because some of the floors were crumbling. The beach there is amazing. Local people were recommending to go there for snorkeling and diving. They have big fishes in the water. I felt like the hotel ran out of money before completed. You can see the roof of certain section not completed.

Beautiful place. Stumbled across it when going to the beach right next to it. Interesting to walk around and see different graffiti. A lot of rooms to wonder around. Watch your step thou cuz there are a few holes in the floor. Also there are stairs to get to the top of the building and you can see the view from the top. Breathtaking!

Although the Cedar forest is beautiful and a national park, it is not the main star here. It is in the shadow of the most amazing beach on Naxos - the Alyko beach with crystal turquoise sea you see in Caribbean sea or Indian ocean. Better than that, it's not commercialized - there're no bars (only one food truck) nor sunbeds, so bring your own gear including drinks and food. Cherry on the cake is the abandoned ruin hotel at the beach far right. Once meant to be a 5 star resort it ran out of funds, so the built walls served as canvases for amazing murals, graffiti and street art

Absolute surprise of a spot. Noticed it on Google Maps and kept driving down the roadway until arriving at the ruins of what looks like a BRILLIANT idea. I mean the landscape is wildly beautiful, with perhaps the most stunning beach in the area. Perfectly crystal blue water, with no signs of people or commercialization. Just take a look at some of the photos. Wow, we literally just sat there for hours enjoying the views and hearing the waves ? crash gently into the shore. We seen a total of three people in the few hours we were there. Worth a trip, and even more worth a beach day. Do it!
