I definitely recommend this place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful sandy long beach. Lots of free space fortunately. No sun beds everywhere to ruin the scenery, like in Agios Prokopios. There are trees that provide some shade too.
If you go to the far end of the beach, make sure to have drinks with you, there is no shop close to there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and pristine with enough restaurants that you can get a good lunch but not so many that it feels crowded. Some of the clearest water I have ever seen. Easily accessible by bus from naxos town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing beach and one of my favourite in Greece. It stretches for 4km and in early May very quiet but seemed to be a younger crowd than in Agios Prokopios.
The sand is beautiful and golden. Some lovely hippy bars along the beach road which I really liked. Towards the end of the beach it seems to be the place for nudist sunbathers.
Such a lovely beach to walk along either by the sea or the path above it that follows the beach.

Approximately 4 kilometers, gold sand splashed by the turquoise water, makes this beach a paradise.
I highly recommend Plaka beach to everyone visiting the beautiful Naxos island.
