★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms at this hotel are okay, and in a very convenient location near to the local bus stop, and the centre. The breakfast was also really good!
The reason for the 1 star is because we stayed 3 nights at this hotel, without any AC despite the room being advertised as having one. We spoke to reception several times about getting it fixed, they woudn't change our rooms or provide any solutions to the problem. This happened during 30°C weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our flight was canceled by airline but the hotel still charged us even after Expedia explained to them we wouldn’t make it due to our flight situation. Called for days but no one answers phone, no web page. Just stay away, so many better choices. We will stay somewhere else once we get a new flight scheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the delicious breakfast from the adjacent restaurant. Tiny bathroom with no place to hang a single towel and no shower head support in the 50x50cm space where the curtain will embrace you while showering. The AC seems to be controlled centrally, so you'll either freeze or get too hot at night. Also, it's hard to sleep with the constant annoying sound of moving furniture (beds being pushed by the hotel maid, it seems) morning and night (???) throughout our 3-day stay. Terrible place to have a decent shower and quiet night to sleep.
