Best Hotel in Greece

M	Myana Looknanan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and service provided was beyond exceptional. Marirena and her team were amazing to say the least, and great at what they do. I have truly never received such excellent hospitality service from anywhere else. My husband and I were exceptionally impressed with the team at Iriana. In addition to the staff- the property itself is very impressive, clean and offers fantastic views of the caldera. I felt very well taken care of and would highly recommend.

Everything was excellent starting from the nice welcome by the hotel manager Dimos & his staff, then the super nice suite with a private pool overlooking a gorgeous view..., the cleanliness of the suite, the nice fragrance & how it is simply decorated & equipped...everything was super nice. Also, the breakfast that's delivered every day at your door is an awesome touch & very delicious...

We couldn't compliment the staff enough, they went above and beyond to make our stay feel amazing. This is also the best view in Fira, as people queue up outside the entrance of the hotel just to get a photo. Would love to go back and enjoy this hotel again. Highly recommend.
m	mink44 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location built into a cliff, but be aware, if you have a rental vehicle, arrival requires a legitimate hike up crowded streets and many steps (it is built into a cliff so what can one expect?!). We paid $400 for a rental car for 5 days. You’d be better off paying for taxis and getting dropped off closer to the hotel. While the taxis aren’t cheap (about 30 Euros to go 4-5 miles which is halfway across the island, it’s still more economical). Back to Iriana. It was really nice to arrive to a complimentary beverage of our choice, and even though the receptionist forgot to get back to us about our laundry request (you have to walk into town), the wifi, AC and hot water were great. Fira is a more casual location compared to the higher end glamour and service of Oia, but also about half the cost for the average hotel compared to Oia.

There was garbage right outside our "view" window. The hot tub, not hot. Couldn't use it. The breakfast was plentiful but ot was freezing up by the hot tub when the wind was blowing If not for the staff we probably would have changed hotels.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout our entire stay. Customer service was just amazing. Special mention to Marirena who took good care of us and was a pleasure to talk to. Breakfast on the balcony was just amazing, peaceful, and surreal. Watching the sunset from our hot tub whilst sipping one of the hotels signature cocktails was also just perfect. Honeymoon suite came with complete privacy on balcony and hot tub which isn't so easy to find in the area! Memories and photos to last a lifetime. Perfect location, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and staff were more than happy to recommend some hidden gems to check out. Perfect holiday.
