★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Enigma suites is a brilliant location for a visit to Santorini. The staff is very friendly and really make you feel like family - example: we arrived ~ 4am after a long night of travel and they were at capacity, so they immediately put us in one of their huge suites to relax and sleep before transferring us to our room when it was ready. The location is stunning - you can never tire of such a magnificent view. The food is tremendous. The hotel room was very comfortable to relax in at the end of the night. We loved sleeping with the windows open to capture the sounds of the ocean and the clear moonlit sky at night. It's Santorini, one of the most beautiful places on earth. Will go again as soon as possible and will definitely stay at Enigma suites again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view spectacular, the service exceptional. Mary was off the charts when it came to catering to our needs. Charisa was also great. Breakfast was fair, the room okay, yer not worth the value of our stay. But the view and service made up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the absolute best hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. The location, decor, cleanliness, food (gluten free options) staff, view… literally everything was perfect. We stayed in the Premier Jacuzzi Suite for four nights, then due to scheduling we stayed in the Junior Suite for our last night. Both rooms were amazing and you get exactly what you see in the photos on any website. On our last day, we had to leave at 5am for our flight to Athens and Mary/Chrisa insisted on making sure a member of their staff was there at that time to help us with our luggage and even provided us with a small breakfast to go for the airport. If you’re planning a trip to Santorini, Enigma Suites is an absolute must. Worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are cozy, the view and the sunset fantastic! Breakfast is served on your balcony and you can preorder the night before.
The reception staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs! Best service I have seen in many years!!! Would 100% recommend to anyone to come here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Made to feel welcome the entire stay and they accommodated all requests. Even went above and beyond to keep a surprise proposal quiet. The location is perfect, the rooms are so amazing that the pictures don’t do it justice. Excellent facilities, great roomz, breakfast on your balcony. Heaven on earth and Enigma Suites is definitely the place to stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if returning to Santorini. Thank you for such an awesome stay
