I have visited this hotel often. It is very simple but always clean, Giannis and his crew is so lovely and the location in the city centre is incredible! Of course you should not expect a luxury experience but if you just want to have an accommodation for a city trip you should definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended! Thanks a lot!

Avoid this hotel please, very bad hotel and very bad customer service! I booked a double room with balcony for 2 nights by Agoda, they immediately charged me for one night 45 euros(although it was written "pay at the hotel"), anyway when I wanted to check in, I found the room in very bad condition, no balcony, without window and it is smelly (like mold), I rejected the room, and told the receptionist, this is not the room which you described in Agoda (and the photos are absolutely not to that room), the receptionist said, sorry this our last room, you either take it or we transfer you to another hotel and we will cover the cost for one night there and do not worry about money, I accepted this offer (I was very tired from the traveling), the next day in the checkout for the new hotel, they asked me to pay for that night, when I went to Tempi hotel again to check with them, they said, we will not pay for you anything, and it is your problem you didn't accept the room, and the receptionist started shouting and saying bad word and blaming me why I didnt accept his room !! At the end, he refused to return back my money, and they didn't accept to pay to that hotel anything, and he gave me 22 euros back, and he said do whatever you want it is not our problem!!

Great location.The perfect hotel to see everything.Very clean and safe.I had a private bathroom thow it didn't agreed.Friendly staff.The best value for money hotel in the center of Athens if you travel in a budget.

Very good location in the center of Athens, perfect to reach everything and take the metro to airport and Piraeus. Unfortunately it can be extremely noisy at night because of the outside noise, until 2 a.m. on Friday night and the church bell strikes early in the morning . Staff is really nice and helpful. Rooms are clean but small. Air conditioning is efficient and low noise . Good value for the location . Nice view on city centre and Acropolis from the room balcony

Definitely a hidden gem! I had a small room with the shared bathroom/shower. You get a sink/mirror which is nice and the shared bathroom/shower was always spotless and I never had to wait for it. The cons are that the wifi is horrible (I could occasionally actually have decent phone calls but much of the time it was difficult to load webpages), the kitchen has a fridge (and free coffee!) but no stove, and there's no common area to hang out. That being said, the owners are lovely, the place is super quiet despite being directly outside of a popular street, the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily, and you really can't beat the location. There are cafes/restaurants you can go to just steps away for fast wifi and your expenses will still be lower than what you'd pay at another hotel. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to any budget traveler.

Great staff, perfect location in the city centre. Very close to the metro station and most tourist attractions. You have everything you need at the ground floor : coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars etc. And the best view!
