F	Florina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a suit for 3 nights. I couldn't choose a better option even if I wanted to. I would give a 10 for everything. The hotel is situated near all the important places to visit. The room clean and fresh. Everything you need inside but what I loved the most is the attentive staff that works there from the reception to the cleaning lady. Even today we came back to the hotel, waiting for our room to be hot as we didn't turn on the AC when we left in the morning but we found the AC on and everything was put back in place....not in a rush like in other places but attentive. You can see that someone spent time in there for us to feel welcomed. Thank you

I’ve been trying for over a year to get a refund but the staff doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails 0/10 would not recommend doing business with these folks.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful - helped with directions, recommendations to restaurants and booking of taxis. I definite recommend this hotel / suite to friends and family. Nice breakfast too.
C	Celine Aka-Koffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on a 2-day stay in the Spring of 2019. Clean, spacious, and quiet room. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful when asked questions. The breakfast was quite underwhelming as I am not sure everything was fresh. For example, the ham did not seem to be real ham. Also, the server was very strict about the restaurant closing at 11am so everyone still sitting and eating at 11am felt rushed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the area of the hotel seems sketchy at night, but whether it is unsafe is another question. Otherwise, the hotel is within walking distance of the major siteseeing in Athens.
R	Ronny Pichardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located hotel, the metro station is 2-3 corners away. It’s very accessible. Plaka is 10-15 minutes away walking. The staff is very helpful, they try their best to help you. The rooms are spacious enough and clean. The breakfast is okay, it can always be better, but for the price of the room and the location can’t really complain.

The reception staff were very helpful and offered to point out local interest spots and places to eat, providing a map of the area. The room was a decent size and clean with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size, but the shower wasn't too powerful, due to water pressure. Breakfast was served in the bar/restaurant next door and was pleasant.

This has happened since 6 months, however they still don’t pay back my money, and hotels.com and I have tried to contact with them and no one answered our call. I feel that this hotel is not honest and people can’t trust them. Be careful, everybody!!!!!
E	Elian Cabral on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbeatable location, from walking distance to the major city landmarks and must-see spots. The staff was very friendly and attentive towards us! Having said that, the sofa bed’s mattress was not confortable and there was not enough light in the bathroom. Apart from that, the breakfast proposed is not worthy of the luxury concept the hotel tries to convey.
