★ ★ ★ ★ ★ W hotelu Venus Beach byłem 11 lat temu. Teraz przebywając na Krecie postanowiłem go odwiedzić w drodze powrotnej z Chani. Niestety hotel jest zamknięty od 2020 roku. To wina Covid19.
I was at the Venus Beach Hotel 11 years ago. Now, while in Crete, I decided to visit him on my way back from Chania. Unfortunately the hotel is closed from 2020. It's Covid19's fault.

Příjemné prostředí podtrhuje ochotný personál.
Apartmán je vybaven jednoduše avšak účelně.
Letovisko není v centru, a právě tato jeho pozice umožní pohodový pobyt.
Zájemci o větší společenské akce mají možnost navštívit vedlejší rezorty, vzdálené do(!) 15 minut klidné chůze.
Hned vedle hotelu je Market a bankomat.
Very nice family hotel.
The pleasant environment is underlined by the helpful staff.
The apartment is equipped simply but efficiently.
The resort is not in the center, and it is this position that will allow a relaxing stay.
Those interested in larger social events have the opportunity to visit the adjacent resorts, located within (!) 15 minutes quiet walk.
There is a Market and an ATM next to the hotel.

Food : every day same breakfast and dinner. They don’t know how to storage the food. Salad is worm they don’t have cold display fridge. They are lazy to do new soap every day soo is for 2-3 days.
No air condition in breakfast area. They have fan but never switched on :-(
When we arrived. We found in our freezer ice cream. Freezer was off and ice cream melted.
When you want to use sun bad. “You are not allowed to use sun oil or sun protection.
Hotel have some potential but need to do lots of changes. Looks like is family business so no one care but who knows.
Very bad experience for us and another quest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. A really sweet family runs the place. 20 meters to the beach. Cheap and tasteful meals. After 24.00 you only hear the ocean waves hitting the beach and the crickets and some cars driving in the distant when enjoying a cold beer on the balcony. Definetily worth the stay!
