Dear Tui Blue I’m writing this review with the tears in my eyes. I can only describe how thankful we are for the amazing vacation we experienced. First, the Tui Blue team in Atlantica Creta Paradise was one of the big reasons of this amazing experience. During our travels we met many different (animation) teams, but we never met such an involved, kind and lovely team. First of all, congratulations to Ellie the team leader. She presented the shows with her lovely voice and beautiful English accent. It was clear she was more than a leader for the team. You could feel that she acted like a big sister, caring for each team member and guest. Our special thanks as well to the 3 tui blue cast members, Mathilda, Martha and Paolo; they touched us with their beautiful voices and kindness. Each show was spectacular. Their performances would suit well in Broadway! Thanks to Sanna and Deborah fort heir encouragement during the aquafitness and activities. Thanks to Matthias, the house musician, for the lovely music. And a big thanks you to each member of the tui team, as well the ones that we meet briefly e.g. kidsclub and technical staff, you made our vacation one to never forget. We would recommend this team to everyone and give it a BIG 10/10. Second, our special thanks to everyone in the hotel. In the 17 days we stayed we saw the hotel changing from ‘low season’ (eg. 1 pool open) to full season. BUT every second was amazing. We did not bother at all that there was one pool because it was never crowdy, every one was so friendly, the food was always perfect,… Thanks to the lady from the shop to give us great advice on beauty products. Thanks to the reception for the warm welcome and help during our stay. Thanks to the ladies of the spa for the GREAT massages. Thanks to the bartenders and kitchen staff. Thanks to the staff responsible for the cleaning etc. Keep up the good work !

Lovely setting and very clean but the staff attitudes were in the main terrible especially the bar and restaurant managers. Such a shame, these people have let TUI/Crete/Greece down and although it wouldn't put me returning to the island our fellow 6 holidaymakers would certainly not.

Friendly Hotel. The Hotel is located directly at the beach so you can choose and switch easily between pool and see. Personal is always friendly and willing to help. Very nice holiday.

The rooms were quite large and very clean! The room pool was also clean. All of the hotel spaces were also shinning clean and the personnel was constantly moving around the spaces to make sure everything is in order. All of the employees were kind and doing their best to apply all the covid precaution measures and to remind politely the visitors to do so as well. The kids were never bored!!! which is very important for a family going on vacation! The food facilities were very good and the food it self was very tasty and at the right temperature. The bar stuff made very nice cocktails, coffees and, as mentioned before, all of them were very kind and helpful. Thank you for the pleasant stay. I Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants quality, relaxation and safety. Keep making this destination an excellent choice

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time. I'd definitely recommend staying here if your planning a holiday in Crete.

We were here on a organized Passover holiday. A place stunning in its beauty. Very clean, modern. Perfect for a vacation of peace and quiet on the blue beach. But what's really unusual about this is the high service that manages to be both very professional and warm and cordial. Must mention Kiki the warm and wonderful woman who gave us service with joy and affection. Thank you!
