Ο εισηγητής που περιγράφει το πρόγραμμα protel το ξεκινάει από κει που πρέπει για να τελειώσει όπως πρέπει και να ολοκληρωθεί η εκμάθηση με τον ευκολότερο τρόπο όσο αρχάριος και να είσαι. Tο συστήνω σε oλους? Great way to learn. The presenter who describes the protel program starts from where it should be in order to finish properly and to complete the learning in the easiest way, no matter how beginner you are. I recommend it to everyone?

Το συνιστώ και σε άτομα που είναι στο ξεκίνημα της ενασχόλησης τους στο κλάδο, αλλά και σε άτομα που έχουν κάποιες βασικές γνώσεις στο πρόγραμμα και θέλουν να τις διευρύνουν για εργασία front/ back office. Ευχαριστώ πολύ. I attended the seminar 'PROTEL Hotel Software', it is really very useful and understandable. I recommend it to people who are just starting out in the industry, but also to people who have some basic knowledge in the program and want to expand it for front / back office work. Άρτια δομημένα σεμινάρια,με άψογη οργάνωση ,υπό την καθοδήγηση έμπειρων εισηγητών!!Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για όποιον εργάζεται στον τομέα τουρισμού!είναι πολύ βοηθητικά!Τί να πούμε όμως και για τους τόσο ευγενικούς ανθρώπους,που μόλις χρειάστηκα την βοήθειά τους ήταν ΤΟΣΟ εξυπηρετικοί!ευχαριστώ πολύ!! Επίσης, επικοινώνησα μέσω messanger όταν χρειάστηκα βοήθεια και οι άνθρωποι με τους οποίους μίλησα ήταν παραπάνω από βοηθητικοί και ευγενικοί. I am attending the Protel hotel software seminar. I find it very helpful and informative explaining simply and understandably about using the program. I also communicated via messenger when I needed help and the people I spoke to were more than helpful and kind.

Ο Εισηγητής έχει μεταδοτικοτητα και δίνει μεγάλη βοήθεια πως να λειτουργήσεις στον χώρο εργασίας σε όλους τους τομείς. Το Δεύτερο είναι Διαχείριση παραπόνων. Ένας τομέας που πολλοί από εμάς δεν δίνουν την απόλυτη βάση που χρειάζεται δυστυχώς. Αυτό το σεμινάριο είναι must για όλους εμάς που έχουμε επιλέξει να εργαζόμαστε σε αυτό τον τομέα. Δίνει πολλά παραδείγματα πως πρέπει να ελισσόμαστε αλλά συγχρόνως να είμαστε αληθινοί. Ο Εισηγητής ένας αξιόλογος συγγραφέας και όχι μόνο. Σας ευχαριστώ!!! I attended 2 of the Seminars. The first is Front Office. Fully understood with many tips. The Rapporteur is contagious and gives a lot of help on how to operate in the workplace in all areas. The second is Complaints Management. An area that many of us do not give the absolute basis we unfortunately need. This seminar is a must for all of us who have chosen to work in this field. It gives many examples that we must maneuver but at the same time be true. The Rapporteur is a remarkable author and more. Thank you!!!
