Πήρα ένα ρολόι χαλασμένο και δεν μου το άλλαξαν γιατί αντί να τους ενημερώσω σε επτά μέρες λόγω του ότι είχα πάει διακοπές τους πήρα 15 μέρες μετα την αγορά. Μου είπαν δε ότι όλη η παρτιδα έχει πρόβλημα. Τραγικοί!!!! Away !!!!!! I got a broken watch and they did not change it for me because instead of informing them in seven days because I had gone on vacation I got them 15 days after the purchase. I was told that the whole batch has a problem. Tragic !!!!
P	Panos Scool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά ότι χειρότερο έχω αντιμετωπίσει σε εταιρεία. Τόσο σε ανταπόκριση/συμπεριφορά Όσο και σε όρους εγγύησης. Να εύχεται κάποιος να μην χρειαστεί κάτι σοβαρό με κάποιο προϊόν κλπ γιατί δεν υπάρχει καμία περίπτωση να βρει άκρη. Δεν τους ενδιαφέρει καν ούτε η εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη αλλά ούτε και το feedback, είναι προκλητικά αδιάφοροι. It's just that the worst I've ever encountered in a company. Both in response / behavior As well as in terms of warranty. Wish someone didn't need something serious with a product etc because there is no way to find an edge. They are not even interested in customer service or feedback, they are provocatively indifferent.
c	christos mitsopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτα πράγματα συμβαίνουν! Είναι ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Έχω αγορασει ένα laptop τέλος Απριλίου και η οθόνη έβγαλε γραμμές και μαύρα στίγματα. Το πήγα στο εξουσιοδοτημενο service της εταιρείας και έχω εγγράφως και με σφραγίδα ότι ο υπολογιστής είναι άθικτος και δεν δικαιολογειται η εν λόγω βλάβη. Με πήραν τηλ από την εταιρεία και μου είπαν ότι δεν το καλύπτει η εγγύηση γιατί εσπασε η οθόνη! Μου είπαν ότι το έκανα εγώ! Το πάτησα η μου έπεσε, την ίδια ώρα που το service τους λέει ότι είναι άθικτο! Ολα αυτά μου τα είπαν χωρίς καν να πάει το laptop στην εταιρεία αλλά από μια φωτογραφία που έστειλε το service! Από τη στιγμή που το εξουσιοδοτημενο service μου δίνει εγγράφως το παραπάνω για μένα πρόκειται για αστοχία υλικού. Ας μου βγει πολλαπλάσιο το κόστος αλλά θα το τραβήξω για την κοροϊδία. Μην έχετε την ψευδαίσθηση ότι έχετε να κάνετε με μια σοβαρή εταιρεία τουλάχιστον στην Ελλάδα. Unbelievable things happen! They are UNACCEPTABLE. I bought a laptop at the end of April and the screen showed lines and black spots. I took it to the authorized service of the company and I have in writing and with a stamp that the computer is intact and the said damage is not justified. They called me from the company and told me that the guarantee does not cover it because the screen broke! I was told I did it! I pressed it or it fell, at the same time that the service tells them that it is intact! They told me all this without even taking the laptop to the company but from a photo sent by the service! From the moment the authorized service gives me the above in writing, for me it is a hardware failure. Let it cost me many times over but I will pull it off for the mockery. Do not have the illusion that you are dealing with a serious company at least in Greece.
E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άμεση ανταπόκριση και εξυπηρέτηση. Έστειλα ένα p30 pro με πρόβλημα στην οθόνη. Με ενημέρωσαν αναλυτικά για τη διαδικασία, ανέλαβαν τη παραλαβή της συσκευής και μια εβδομάδα μετά με ενημέρωσαν τηλεφωνικά για την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας καθώς και μου έστειλαν tracking number. Παρέλαβα το κινητό μου σαν καινούργιο με αλλαγή οθόνης, μπαταρίας και ενημέρωση λογισμικού. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση Immediate response and service. I sent a p30 pro with a problem on the screen. They informed me in detail about the process, they took over the receipt of the device and a week later they informed me by phone about the completion of the process and sent me a tracking number. I received my mobile phone as new with a change of screen, battery and software update. Thank you very much for the service
Ι	Ιωαννης Γεωργακοπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρά πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση (αφορά αντικατάσταση οθόνης GT 2e μέσα στην εγγύηση)ήρθαν το παρέλαβαν και σε 2 μέρες το είχα ξανά,στο τηλέφωνικο κέντρο ο Κ.Γιαννης ευγενικοτατος,και κατατοπιστικός για τα πάντα.Ετσι κερδίζεις τους πελάτες ώστε να ξαναπάρουν HUAWEI !!! Despite the very good service (concerns the replacement of GT 2e screen within the warranty) they came and received it and in 2 days I had it again, in the call center K. Giannis was very kind and informative about everything. This way you win the customers to get HUAWEI again !! !
