1. The food. The food is very tasty in the restaurant.
2. Sea, beach. There are enough deck chairs.
3. Very nice staff.
4. Number.
5. Mini Market. It has everything you need.
What didn’t i like?
1. Nearby doing the reconstruction of the hotel. Sometimes was noice
2. There is not enough staff in the restaurant for lunch. I had to wait until staff find a free table and clean it.
Overall impressions were good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and restaurant staff work at the highest level, always helpful. It's a beautiful place with views of the mountains and the sea. In the evening you can relax while enjoying the wonderful views of the setting sun while drinking good drinks. Each room has all the necessary equipment and free Internet access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the staff, the rest of the hotel looks older than the venetian port of rethymno. Everything is broken, rusty, dirty and dusty. The beach is full of stones and rocks, the mentioned jacuzzi is „not available“ and I really don’t understand where they get the 4 stars from. Maybe twenty years ago a 4 stars hotel. Have a look at the photos. It’s maximum 3 stars with an eye shut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointing , private pool was freezing cold. No pools are warmed.
Food is average. Fish dishes are appalling. Beach is full of rocks . Area around hotel is filthy dirty from rubbish. Staff are friendly Had no idea I was in northern Crete it's like being in Germany. Average age of hotel guests is 60+
Here you need a hire car to escape from the boring atmosphere in the hotel. 1st time in Greece and have no intention to come back. First impressions are everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nice place I spend there one week with my family I can say it's good place good there is so good the rooms are so clean the stuff so friendly...just don't go there before end of may or it's gonna be Claudy a little and some time rain and will be water cold..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotlessly clean,food excellent, all staff polite and friendly, especially the bar staff. Pool and private beach. Rooms are cleaned every day ? Amazing views of the mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice hotel. First impressions are good and the reception staff are very helpful. The room is nicely furnished and very clean with a lovely view of mountains and sea. The balcony is a bit small but now I'm being picky. The food and service in the main restaurant are good, reasonably varied and fresh. The pool area, which is right next to the beach, is lovely. The sunbeds are a bit elderly and would benefit from being replaced with something sturdier. All in all, very nice and we would come here again.
