The hotel was good especially if you look at the circumstances (new and covid). The stuff handled this difficult situation very good, was always helpful and nice. The food was delicious, unfortunately not typical greek cuisine. We would like to underline the great work and hospitality from Gianis, the animator. He was always motivated, up for a talk, some jokes, fun and a smile. He‘s doing a great job! We‘re not experts and we have no high expectations like other guests, but the gym aswell as the beach are definitely not on the niveau of a five star hotel. And of course, not all processes have been perfected yet. But this is completely normal for a new hotel - especially if Corona intervenes. But you can tell that they improve every day and that they have an open ear. A good hotel, which can only get better. All in all our stay was great cause in the end it‘s about the company you‘re having and not the hotel giving you memories.

We had an excellent stay at Pepper Sea Club Hotel. It opened the 1st of July 2020 so it's brand new. The decoration and furniture are chosen with taste and style, making the hotel friendly and welcoming. We arrived late at night after a long trip and we have been warmly welcomed by the staff. They had saved a plate of food for us, which was welcome ! The room was as described, well soundproofed, especially with the outdoor. Everything is techologic : the curtains opening and closing are electrical, they - as the lights, do not disturb and ask for housekeeping - can be controlled from an app, as well as the expenses in the hotel (food, drinks, snacks) that are always up to date. The bed was confortable, the room very clean. We appreciated the free small bottle of sparkling wine. The swimming pool area is great, with confortable sunbeds all aroud, cute 'cages' and a direct access to the sea with a small private sandy beach. There are a snack and a cocktail bars, freshly made by the barman. The staff is likeable. The food is good. There are big buffets for breakfast and dinner, with a large variety (several types of bread, 3-4 different meats, rice, noodles, soup, a kretan corner with some specialties, a lot of deserts, fruits...). Nothing is missing ! Because of Covid-19, the staff serves the guests. It takes a little while and the food is not that warm when you sit, but they can't do better with the current situation. They are brave presenting every dish to every guest ! Don't go to this hotel if you're looking for places to go out at night, shopping places or a city center, as apart from other hotels, there is almost nothing around. But if you want a quiet place in front of the sea where you can relax, just as we wanted, then you're at the right place ! Everyday, there are some activities, such as yoga, aquagym, stretching, and ping-pong. Yanis is an excellent animator and teacher. He is always smiling, friendly, does guest relations, connects people together and makes sure everyone feels good. He brings a lot of joy and positive energy around, and he mainly contributes to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Our big up goes to the staff, who does a great job ! They are welcoming, kind, polite, and make every guest feel special. They work hard and for long hours in the sun, but always with a smile on their face and kind words. We really enjoyed our holiday at Pepper Sea Club and recommend it for sure !

Great hotel directly on the beach! The rooms are stylish, cozy and very clean. The sea view is gorgeous. Outstanding food and chef! We well come back!

An adults only resort on the beach with great hospitality and super delicious dishes! Our room had a direct sea view and the view was breathtaking. Very friendly and smiley staff, they welcomed us in the warmest way! We will definitely visit again!!!

Thank you for this stay. We were especially happy with the friendliness of the service, the great food selection and the design of the entire hotel. Only the drinks were a bit overpriced.

Summer, sun, peace, sea - that's what you will find at Pepper Sea Club Hotel. We strongly recommend the baskets on the beach for 20.-€. The sun is very strong at the moment and in these baskets it is pleasant, quiet with a fantastic view of Cape Drakanos. In the afternoon we recommend an ouzo in the hotel's own beach coffee in combination with a light snack. Great atmosphere. All staff are friendly and very helpfull. Thanks for an unforgettable week!

Great rooms, the staff was lovely, food was excellent! Phenomenal location next to the beach, in addition to the beautiful pool. Also very close to Lake Kournas which is great for a day trip. I would absolutely recommend to others! -Ben

We spent a week at this beautiful hotel and it was perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful . The breakfast and dinner buffets are magnificent ,so much choice even the fussiest of diners could find something they like . We were lucky enough to have a room with a private pool which although a little chilly in October was still great to dip into on a hot sunny day . The hotel is on a beautiful beach with sun loungers on the decked area right by the shore . All areas in the hotel were spotlessly clean . I would love to return one day
