★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked and stay with our friends. Very clean, excellent communication and helpful staff. We asked to buy for us some essentials for our first day and they did it with pleasure. A welcome fruit basket with raki was a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view, modern and clean - however absolutely tiny with no privacy as you can see below the villas are virtually connected and there is the fourth one below us which we could very easily see into. When we arrived the guests next door walked onto our patio to pick something up. Also Good luck fitting 6 guests as its already a difficulty fitting 3 with our things. Id say the pictures are very deceiving in size. The tv is also crooked. And there is no bin except for in front of the house which is very convenient. We stayed in Chania for a few days and not only is this place half the size, it is more expensive and isn’t exactly in a prime location.

The Villas are new, sparkling clean, well equipped ideal for families or group of friends. Our Villa offer two bedrooms with direct access to the swimming pool, two bathrooms,, a living room with kitchen. A large outdoor siting area in front of the pool for memorable dinners overlooking the sea, A nice tavern is few meters away and the village of Kavros just 800maway. Bus station for Chania or Rethymnon just 100m away. We highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideal Villa for relaxing vacation. We booked one of the Villas for a short escape and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. My husband did a great BBQ and we enjoyed next to the pool overlooking the sea. View is breathless. The Villa was extremely clean and well equipped. Excellent value for money! We cant wait to return.
