★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Μονή της Αγίας Σοφίας ιδρύθηκε τον 15ο αιώνα. Σώζονται η εκκλησία, βασιλικού ρυθμού με ξύλινο τέμπλο και ωραίες εικόνες καθώς και ημιερειπωμένα κελιά. Στη Μονή ανήκε και ο πλησίον μικρός ναός του Αγίου Πνεύματος. Τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες της τουρκοκρατίας (1870 κ.ε) στη Μονή λειτούργησε σχολείο.
The Monastery of Hagia Sophia was founded in the 15th century. The church is preserved, royal style with wooden iconostasis and beautiful icons as well as semi-ruined cells. The monastery also owned the nearby small church of the Holy Spirit. During the last decades of the Turkish occupation (1870 cc) a school was opened in the monastery.
