Η πρώτη εκκλησία κτίστηκε το 1952, ενώ μετά τους σεισμούς του 1981 ανεγέρθηκε η σύγχρονη εκκλησία (1983), είναι μονόχωρη με καμαροσκεπή στέγη.
Εορτάζεται στις 26 Ιουλίου, όπου προσέρχεται πολύς κόσμος, στην χάρη της.
