★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a trip for our boys to the Samaria gorge. The bus to pick them up was on time but didn´t stop.... in fact. The driver and the guide of the bus had not been informed that they had to make a stop at our hotel..... we go home on friday, so no possibility left to see this gorge....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a trip to Samaria with Iakovos Travel, but never even got on the trip. The driver "wasn't informed" that they had to pick us up at the hotel and just drove by. When our hotel informed the company that they drove past us, they didn't even inform the driver and said he was still coming. The offered alternatives weren't satisfactory since we had to leave the day after. Had to get up at 5:30 AM for nothing...
