★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στα 4 χρόνια χρήσης του συστήματος τους παρουσίασε πρόβλημα σύνδεσης η κεντρική πλακέτα με τους servers τους (ανά 10 λεπτά έκανε restart) οπότε δεν γινόταν να χρησιμοποιήσεις το σύστημα.... Εν τέλει μας αλλάζει ο τεχνικός τροφοδοτικό και μπαταρία γτ λογικά αυτό φταίει αφού έχουν περάσει 4 χρόνια βέβαια όταν τα ελεγξε δεν είχαν πρόβλημα αλλά τα αλλάξαμε 50 ευρώ
Μία εβδομάδα μετά πάλι τα ίδια ξανά τηλέφωνα εν τέλει θα σας αλλάξουμε τη πλακέτα είναι στην εγγύηση μίλησα με τον τεχνικό θα έρθω μεθαύριο με νέα πλακέτα να σας την αντικαταστησω βέβαια όλα μέσα στην εγγύηση... Εν τέλει με παίρνει η εταιρεία και μ λέει θα έρθουμε να πάρουμε τη πλακέτα να την εξετάσουμε.... Έρχονται την παιρνουν και μετά από 5 μέρες τηλεφωνώ να δω τι έχει γίνει γτ εννοείται δεν είχα κάποια ενημέρωση από εκείνους... Είχε θέμα η GSM κάρτα την οποία την αλλάξανε και μ είπαν ότι άλλαξαν και τη πλακέτα 250 ευρώ (εγγύηση) οπότε την φέρνουν την εγκατεστησαν χωρίς κάποιο αποδεικτικό χαρτί ότι είναι καινουργια αλλά 50 ευρώ εννοείται και ανακαλύπτουν ότι χρησιμοποιούμε παλιά εφαρμογή στο κινητό και ότι υπάρχει καινούργια εδώ και 2 χρόνια....αλλαξαμε εφαρμογή αλλά γιατί να ενημερώσουν τους πελάτες που πληρώνουν 104 ευρώ το χρόνο.... Για την εφαρμογή....
Εν κατακλείδι 10 μέρες μετά πάλι τα ίδια η πλακέτα κάνει restart ανα 10 λεπτά οπότε πάλι απ την αρχή τηλέφωνο και η απάντηση είναι βάλτε ένα Ups γτ ΛΟΓΙΚΑ είναι η αυξομείωσης στη τάση του ρεύματος.... αλλά 50 ευρώ.....ΣΥΝΟΛΟ 254 ΕΥΡΏ και συναγερμό δεν έχω.....customer service 0!

There was a problem with the GSM card which they changed and they told me that they also changed the board 250 euros (warranty) so they bring it and installed it without any proof that it is new but 50 euros is understood and they discover that we use an old mobile application and that there is a new one for 2 years .... we changed the application but why inform customers who pay 104 euros per year .... For the application ....
In conclusion, 10 days later, the board itself restarts every 10 minutes, so again from the beginning, the phone and the answer is put an Ups, logically it is the fluctuation in the current voltage .... but 50 euros ..... TOTAL 254 EUROS and I do not have an alarm ..... customer service 0!
