P	Prince PrinceRe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειλικρινά δεν ξέρω πως να περιγράψω ότι έζησα στο Είδωλο. Πριν από μερικές μέρες μου έφεραν ένα ρολόι από εκεί. Δεν μου άρεσε και τόσο και πήγα για την αλλαγή. Βρέθηκα μπροστά σε εχθρική πωλήτρια λες και είχα κάνει την μεγαλύτερη αμαρτία. Με τα πολλά έγινε η αλλαγή και βρήκα κάτι που μου άρεσε πολύ. Από ποικιλία έχει μεγάλη. Εξυπηρέτηση καλή αρκεί να μην κάνεις αλλαγή. Θα χάνει πελάτες όσο έχει αυτό το στυλάκι. Κρίμα γιατί για ψεύτικα κοσμήματα, φο μπι ζου, δείχνει να έχει μεγάλη γκάμα. Η γυναίκα μου πηγαίνει από εκεί και δεν με πίστευε ότι πέρασα κάτι τέτοιο. Πάλι μπορεί να είχε τα νεύρα της. Μέχρι να έχω καλύτερη εμπειρία, τα 3 αστέρια είναι πολλά και χαριστικά. I honestly don't know how to describe that I lived in Idol. A few days ago they brought me a watch from there. I didn't like it so much and I went for the change. I found myself in front of an enemy saleswoman as if I had committed the greatest sin. Much has changed and I found something I really liked. It has a great variety. Good service as long as you do not make a change. It will lose customers as long as this pen. Too bad for bogus jewelry, it seems to have a wide range. My wife goes from there and I didn't think I was going through it. Again she might have had her nerves. Until I have a better experience, the 3 stars are a lot of fun.

Κοιτάξαμε στο e shop του μαγαζιού και βρίκαμε ένα πολύ ωραίο κόσμημα που κόστιζε 38€ και από κάτω έγραφε πως τα μεταφορικά και η αντικαταβολή είναι δωρεάν . Αφού το είδαμε αυτό προχωρήσαμε σε τηλεφωνική παραγγελία , στην οποία δε μας ανέφεραν τίποτα για τα μεταφορικά , οπότε πιστεύαμε ότι ήταν δωρεάν όπως έγραφε στο site . Την επόμενη μέρα μας πήρε τηλέφωνο η κυρία από το μαγαζί και μας έδωσε τον αριθμό αποστολής λέγοντάς μας την αρχική τιμή και ότι έχουμε χρεωθεί αλλα 7,60€ για μεταφορικά και αντικαταβολή . Όταν της είπαμε ότι το site ανέφερε πως τα μεταφορικά ήταν δωρεάν εκείνη μας απάντησε πως δε γνώριζε τίποτα και πως η κόρη της διαχειρίζεται το site . Της απαντήσαμε ευγενικά ότι έπρεπε να αφαιρέσουν τα μεταφορικά , αφού δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί νωρίτερα . Τότε εκείνη μας απάντησε πως δε γινόταν κάτι τέτοιο , καθώς τα προϊόντα τους είναι ήδη σε πολύ χαμηλές τιμές και πως αν δε θέλουμε μπορούμε να μην πάρουμε το προϊόν . The store is unacceptable in terms of orders ... We looked in the e-shop of the store and found a very nice piece of jewelry that cost 38 € and below it was written that shipping and cash on delivery are free. After seeing this we proceeded to a telephone order, in which we were not told anything about shipping, so we thought it was free as written on the site. The next day the lady called us from the store and gave us the shipping number telling us the initial price and that we have been charged but € 7.60 for shipping and cash on delivery. When we told her that the site mentioned that shipping was free she replied that she knew nothing and that her daughter manages the site. We politely replied that they had to remove the shipping, since we had not been informed earlier. Then she replied that such a thing did not happen, as their products are already at very low prices and that if we do not want we can not take the product.
