★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on top of a hill on the road passing Sinarades in direction Pelekas one can just see the roof sticking out the trees surrounding it. The monastery is relatively new (1998), but beautiful. Open only in morning and evening. An oasis of peace and quit. Beautiful, well-maintained garden and buildings. Unfortunately the church itself was closed but an open window still provided a glimpse of the otherwise typical orthodox interior.
