Attention to detail is fantastic. Rooms immaculate breakfast delivered to your balcony on request. service exceptional.10 min walk to the port or sit on balcony with z bottle of wine. Highly recommend.

The best hotel on Naxos. The views can’t be beat, the location is perfectly central (easy walk to the port, bus station, and a lot of restaurants), and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! The pool and the breakfast service makes you feel like royalty. Also very nice, recently renovated interiors with a very comfortable bed! Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel with an amazing view on the port and the rooms are decorated with style. It is located in a quiet area but only few minutes walk away from the corniche where you have all the restaurants. George and his team are super nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel :)

The most amazing little hotels with spectacular views. Super friendly team and they do breakfast service at your room! Forget about going somewhere else to see sunset. This is the hotel to be to watch it. Very comfortable bed and great interiors. I would highly recommend. Only 7 rooms. I would go for the front ones.

The breakfast was not good and they charged us an extra 100 something euros for getting leftover makeup (after cleansing our faces) on their towels because they couldn’t get the stains out. If you wear makeup, you know it’s entirely impossible not to get makeup on a white towel even after you wash your face. There is always some residual makeup that is left over and can get on towels so I thought this charge was ridiculous. I get makeup on my clothes all the time and it definitely comes out with a stain remover. Also at check in, we were not warned to be extra careful with the towels and to not get stains on it otherwise there will be a charge. They also charged us for the robe which we only used to shower, not to wipe our faces and we didn’t even use all the towels they charged us for. We originally booked with booking.com but at check in, the front desk receptionist told us we would get 10% off if we canceled our booking with booking.com and booked directly with the hotel so we agreed to cancel with booking.com. However, we ended up paying the same amount because of the extra charge for the towels and robes. I regret canceling with booking.com. We had stayed at other hotels in Greece before our stay here and had no complaints about makeup on towels. In addition, we thought the hotel manager was pretty rude. Overall, very unhappy with my experience here and will not be returning to stay if I ever return to Naxos.

The views are simply incredible (nice food, room and balcony as well). But above all the lovely staff ensured we had an amazing stay in Naxos!

We recently stayed in the “Helen” suite. The customer service and accommodations far exceeded our expectations. We had a private hot tub on our balcony overlooking the sea and temple of Apollo. Perfect view of the sunset! The bed was comfortable and they even offered a pillow menu! The shower was large with rainfall shower head and access to very hot water (which I LOVE). The room was decorated tastefully. The breakfast was exceptional. We did request laundry service (at our own expense) and it was returned to us in a timely manner. My only regret with staying at Iliada is that we didn’t stay longer. I was highly impressed and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
